Kakitangan kaunter penerimaan tetamu di hotel bertanya kepada saya beberapa soalan peribadi, seperti, negara manakah saya tinggal sebelum datang ke Albania? Adakah anda bekerja di sana? Kakitangan hotel lain bertanya kepada saya sama ada saya sudah berkahwin atau belum. Pada pendapat saya, pekerja hotel empat bintang tidak sepatutnya mengadakan perbualan peribadi dengan tetamu, tetapi perbualan antara pekerja hotel empat bintang ini dan saya membuatkan saya rasa ini bukan hotel empat bintang. Ia adalah asrama remaja. Ia sangat santai. Anda boleh mengatakan apa yang anda ingin katakan, tanpa mengira kedudukan atau kesempatan kerja anda.
Tapak pembinaan terletak di luar bilik yang saya diami. Kadang-kadang ia akan dibina sepanjang malam, sehingga lebih daripada 5 pagi, dan saya tidak boleh tidur langsung. Kerajaan Albania membenarkan mereka membina pada tengah malam. Orang boleh bayangkan apakah jenis kerajaan ini dan jenis negaranya.

I was supposed to stay at this hotel, but as it was full we were sent to Eurostar, so this review is directly for Eurostar but indirectly for this hotel, as they belong to the same group, they share the same employers and they are one in front of the other.
So, the grade would have been different, if at the moment of check out we wouldnt have been stolen.
At the moment of checking out, in fact, the staff accused us to have consumed a small bottled wine (priced 12.5€). According to them, the bottle had been opened (but not consumed). It would have been very stupid to open a bottle but not drinking it, do you agree? Moreover there is a supermarket straight in front of the hotel. But what clearly proves that we were stolen is that we checked out at 9.50 and they complained of this bottle straight after: the fridge was full of a lot of products and it would have been hard to find that the bottle was open at a first glance, some time would have been needed. And they didnt use this time. To sum up, the hotel is not terribile, expecially if you take it at a good price, but watch out. We won't come back.

The worries hotel I have seen ever, the room not prepared good and the furniture is dilapidated, there is no free parking lot and the staff here not helpful at all and the manger mistreated the customers.

Desde el principio ha ido mal. No tenían nuestra reserva. Hemos llegado a las 15 pm y hasta las 16 no nos han dado la habitación. En la habitación no había agua caliente para ducharnos, el frigorífico y el aire acondicionado no funcionaban. Nos han cambiado a las 12 de la noche porque iban a arreglarlo todo, cosa que no ha sucedido.
Nos han cobrado 26 euros por la tasa turística cuando en el voucher eran 10.
En el desayuno 2 veces nos han intentado echar de allí (teníamos el desayuno incluido).
A la hora de salir querían cobrar del depósito de 100 euros los desayunos y otra pelea.
En resumen: Un recepcionista muy maleducado que nos ha dicho que por lo poco que pagamos no nos podíamos quejar. La habitación a la que nos han cambiado tenía moho en la pared, algo nada saludable con la lámpara del baño rota y un grifo de la ducha del que se salía el agua. Un edificio que es una ruina catalogado con 4 estrellas al que le sobran todas. Albania es un lugar con gente muy amable y este lugar desmerece todo lo que nos hemos encontrado en este país: se reían cada vez que pasábamos en albanés para que no los entendiésemos, habitaciones que son más bien chabolas para timar a los turistas y un personal chabacano que funciona a golpe de tarjeta de crédito con sus cambios únicos de lek a euro que no tienen ni en las casas de cambio de usura. NO RECOMIENDO esta cloaca a nadie. Una experiencia bastante desagradable con situaciones que se acercan a la estafa. Un saludo y espero que no viváis esta experiencia tan desagradable.

المفاتيح لا تعمل وتم تغير الغرفة اكثر من مرة مما ادى الى تاخير استلام الغرفة اكثر من ساعة

الغرفة غير نظيفة ولست متاكد مت ان الاشراشف جديدة وظيفة واللحاف بدون غطاء
يوجد كلاب كثيرة في الفندق وذات احجام كبيرة جدا
لانسبة لي لن اكرر التجربة في هذا الفندق ابدا

I arrived after booking online and the receptionist immediately demanded more than double what I'd already paid. After about an hour of argument they admitted that their fine print said they would demand a smaller surcharge. This is very sneaky behaviour in and if itself, as the total should be included on the ******* receipt.
Next, while the booking stated I had access to the pool area, the staff told me that it was 'closed' and wouldn't open until well after checkout the next day. Doubtful in the extreme. The room had a broken AC, so they moved me to a room with a stinking bathroom drain. Don't be fooled by the promotional images, this place sucks.

The stench coming from the open drain in the toilet in the room was appalling, considering this is a 4 star hotel, i was requested to pay extra to watch TV, which i declined! The staff are very unfriendly, unhelpful, on entry to the hotel i had to pay 5000 lek as a local tax for a 9 night stay as well as £100 to cover any possible damages!, the rooms Aare very basic, unclean AVOID THIS HOTEL LIKE THE PLAGUE
