Tpc Camphor

Had a pleasant stay at TPC Camphor Hotel. The room was nice and comfortable. However, the room service was extremely disappointing and needs serious improvement.

Ryan Edwin Misquitta check in 22/1/25 check out 23/1/25 . Room asked a big suite room for 3 person. I was given a smaller room where extra trolley bed couldn't not fit in. I demand my money back for such inconvenience. Unprofessional hotel aloof from the at least shallow crowd, so shops available nearby except one year shop. the hotel with 12 rooms is only for the convenience of those book marriage halls not for tourist. T.zv not working, phone I can ring from room reception cannot hear. Made several call at 9.30 to calm down the noisy atmosphere outside my room 205. a revolving chair in room no teapoy to eat the breakfast. Breakfast was horrible very spicy, tasteless not meant for Mumbai crowd. no lift, open gobly staircase, without roof, if it rains people will slip and fall. for 3 persons one water bottle, one towel, no toiletries. just one soap. no tissues. outside window rubbing could be seen. this is my second review, 1 review no confirmation. l shall pursue this matter to consumer court for redressal Edwin Misquitta

I stayed at this cps camphor hotel at trichynarppalli on 22/01/25 checked out on 23/01025 booked room. Totally unprofessional, cannot call this as a hotel. It is attached to two banquet hall, there are only 12 rooms, in other words this rooms are to cater to the needs of the people to accommodate the guest holding events at these two halls it is in the interior, there are no other shops at a stone trow, no choice, u have to go 2-3 kilometres to avail smallest things. The rooms sold to me as suite room for 3 guest, the room is small, cannot accommodate third trolley bed. T. V not working, telephone not working i had to make phone calls to contact reception. For three guest giving 1 bisleri water, 1 toothpaste, one soap, tea or coffee only for one person. Luggage rack is combined with wardrobe to hang out using clothes as well. I couldn't put the trolley bed, my payment made towards trolley bed not refunded as i couldn't put this extra bed lack of space. Breakfast was horrible, up-ma tasteless chatney very spicy, sambhar could not eat, not meant for mumbai guest. Breakfast served in packed boxes no cutlery no tissues. No toilet rolls. Too noisy, at 10. 00 few rooms came after attending function chit chatting in the corridors, i had to call on my mobile to tell the receptionist to take control of the noise since i had to sleep due to my next morning flight. There are no shop close bye where u could buy some alternative requirement. I fail to understand giving a cost picture of this hotel to mislead me, or may be for such defective rooms are allocated. Not at all value for money. I claim my refund of the extra bed charges since couldn't use the bed as there is no place in all standard room. I asked for bigger room for three persons. Never book. unprofessional, substandard room and service.
