I arrived at a busy weekend time and staff went out of their way to find me a room which ended up being a twin but extremely confortable, clean and chic, hot water wifi television etc. Really central near the bus station and travel everywhere. good tuk tuks/taxis staff went out of their way to help with a travel agent (the manager was fantastic) and even though it was a difficult situation were brilliant, professional and honest to a fault. Brilliant value for money, breakfast, varied good food..included. lunch/dinner available

My recent stay at Hotel Deepam in Tiruchirappalli was a positive experience. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, thanks to the helpful staff who were friendly and informative. My room was clean and comfortable, and the included Wi-Fi was a welcome amenity. A big highlight of my stay was the adjoining Sanggetha Restaurant. The food there was excellent, offering a delicious variety of dishes. It was incredibly convenient to have such a great restaurant right next door, especially after a long day of exploring. The hotel's location is also quite good. It's within walking distance of the shopping area, which was perfect for browsing and picking up some souvenirs. Overall, Hotel Deepam provided a comfortable and convenient base for my trip to Tiruchirappalli. I would definitely recommend it to others, especially those looking for a budget-friendly option with a great restaurant nearby.

I can say that Hotel Blossoms lacks hospitality and not worth the stay. Upon check in, loud heavy metal music was playing at the lobby as if I was in a disco. Is this the ambience to set for a hotel? This is clearly under poor management and the upper level lacks experience. The rooms are dirty and the dustbin is fully stained, looking as if it is uncleaned for months. There are literally no amenities in the bathroom such as handtowel, bathmat and glass to place toothbrushes etc. Housekeeping has mentioned that these are only available on request. As far as I remember, I did not book a stay in a budget hotel. What kind of housekeeping management is being conducted here? If you wish to save cost, this is not how you do it towards international guests. Breakfast is from 7am to 10pm. There are members of staff from the restaurant calling me at 8.20am telling that breakfast ends at 9.30am. What kind of hotel calls their guests and tells them the promised breakfast time ends at 9.30am? So the guests need to rush to finish their breakfast? The so called restaurant manager is defensive saying that the phone call served as a reminder. I have no words. Coming to the worst breakfast experience. ALL food is served cold in the buffet. I have attached all the pictures here. The nuggets are burnt, fries are cold. Oats are labelled as oat milk. Does the hotel even know the difference between oats and oat milk? They need a full training on the naming of foods. Tables are not set at all, convincing me further that this is a budget hotel. I am extremely disappointed with my stay and will not be returning here again. I am downgrading this hotel to 2 Stars as they failed to meet my expectations. I could always go to Mariott as I am a worldwide member with them. I thought my stay in Blossoms would be memorable, but it was entirely the opposite. For future travellers, kindly proceed to Mariott and do not stay in this budget hotel. Thank you.

A very mediocre hotel that tries hard.After informing them that our arrival would be 3 hours late , we arrived to a ery smelly( old socks type) room and a bathroom with no water . The plumber was dispatched , batheolm was declared out of order and then we were moved to another.Imagine my horror when there was no water in this bathroom also ! Much stomping in and out , then they discovered , that they had not run the water motot for water supply ! So 20 mins later , water was available and i could use the bathroom .

Executive Room Pros - Room and bathroom were clean (second room); lift available; few eateries nearby; TV with multiple channel selection; kettle available; coffee sachets; hot water available for bathroom Cons - No dental kit provided; hot water for bathing using bucket only - not supplied to the shower head; poor WiFi connection; Had a room mix up - was given a temporary room on the first night (first room) - the explanation given was the executive room was under maintenance - the temporary room given does not even have a room number, looked like accommodation for the hotel staff and cleanliness was poor; requested luggage pickup from room during check out - staff acknowledged, however, no action taken for almost twenty minutes - only collected the after being reminded the second time - staff need more training. Generally, a lot to improve.

As requested they provided Match box, Coconut Oil,... Rooms were neat and clean Very calm place Unable to contact Room service or Housekeeping direcly, via operator we have contacted each & Every time.

Very comfortable and located in the heart of tiruchy. The staff were very pleasant and very helpful. The room was absolutely comfortable. Good value for the price
