Hotel berhampiran Century Hills Danchi 4 Go Park, Tokushima

I have lived in this hotel for nearly two weeks. As a foreigner, it is very bad to live in this hotel. The reception staff has a bad attitude, the business ability is very low, and I don't want to say anything more

Best part about this place: the very diverse, tasty breakfast. The worst part: tiny double beds. The location is fine being close to a small train station.

Lokasi yang baik dan terdapat kolam air panas baru, jadi saya sangat berpuas hati. The hotel is just located on the left side of the station. It’s really wonderful. There is also a convenience store located at the ground floor which also makes our lives so much easier. The room (Hollywood twin) is a large and spacious room that can easily accommodate the opening of 2 large suitcases (28 inch). The bathroom is also generous in space, and we could actually move around freely and change clothes in the toilet for once (as compared to other chain hotels in Japan). It has all the comforts and amenities of a proper graded hotel, but the air conditioning was poor. Opened the windows but still felt a little warm throughout the night. The other minor “issue” I observed was how they tried to “automate” the check-in which is a failure in my opinion. Automation is to reduce workflow/ manual work required by parties. However in this case, I had to go to the reception desk for them to make copies of our passport and issue a card (to be used at the check-in machine). Thereafter I have to walk to the machine and insert the card, press a bunch of buttons to be issued the room and room key. So from a customer perspective I’m actually troubled twice, because I need to make 2 stops before actually getting my room. So what’s the point of this check-in machine? Fail to see the benefits of it.

The Hotel is right on top of Japan Railway Tokushima Station and one minute walk from the main bus terminal in Tokushima, too. Very convenient not only to explore the city of Tokushima, but also to explore Tokushima's rich nature and culture, still hidden gem in Japan. Hotel was built about 30 years ago but it is well maintained and rooms are spacious compared with more recent ones. Hotel staffs are very courteous. It forms a part of the station building where you can find many restaurants with Japanese and local flavors as well as souvenir shops.

阿波おどり観覧として、当ホテル利用。 ベッドの良さは、普通、悪くない。 エアコン表示、ルームランプ表示が英語。 古い施設とはいえ、わかりにくい。エアコン設定、ルームランプ表示などが。 部屋に一人用丸テーブルと長めの机あり。そのうえにテレビあり。タイプC対応の充電ケーブルなどがあるのがありがたく、3コ口充電コンセプトがある。ミニ冷蔵庫もあり。WAOWAOが無料視聴できる。 シングルでも17.6㎡と広め。サンダルあり。 クローゼット収納あり。ハンガー３本。リセッシュあり。 ユニットバスである。浴槽は狭くはない。プリンスホテルほど広い訳てわはない。 スーツケース置きはある。少し小型。空気清浄機あり。バスタオル、フェイスタオル厚め。これはプリンセスホテル並みかと。 ロビーにすだちの無料ドリンクがある。 積極は普通。いい人もいるから。 道路跨ぐため二階に渡り廊下あり、そこはエアコンなし。効いていない。渡り廊下先に２階に朝食会場あり。朝食はバイキング式。コロナ対策あり。品数多い。味は普通。 阿波おどりの会場、徳島駅前まで1.7キロくらい。徒歩25分くらい。ロビーの人に交通手段聞いたら、バスは隣の県庁前にあるが、一時間に一本。タクシーも混むから、皆さん徒歩で行くという。真夏の夕方17時に出たが、まだ暑い。 1.7キロ25分歩き、汗、ダクダク！ アミコという商業施設でやすんだが、液近場のホテルに比べたら、体力戻らない！ だから、藍場浜の演舞見たあとも、少し無料の演舞場、両国橋演舞場かな？小さい踊り場？ももまわったが、無料の演舞周りにひとだかりで隙間からしか見えない状態なので、阿波踊り歩行者天国区域を歩いて、通り抜けて帰ったほどだ！駅近場、タクシーを提案してくれたら、もっとよく見れた！ 交通規制は18時からなので、17時ならば、タクシーでも混んでいなかった。ロビーの人の対応の浅はかさを感じる。めんどくさいと思ったと思う。ないな。効率化を強く求めるホテルと感じたが、浅はかだと思う。真夏に25分歩かせるのが普通だと考えるスタッフ意識に、当ホテルの危うさを感じる。また阿波おどり観に行くなら、わからないがスマイルホテル徳島などを利用するかもしれない。 今回当ホテルを選んだのは、駅前のホテルに駐車できるか？心配だったから。当ホテルは平面、立体合わせて２００台くらいあり、無料だったから。考え、悩みどころである。

小松島に住む50年来の友達に会うためにこのホテルに連泊しました。チェックインの時に連泊にサービスと缶ビールを２缶いただくなど、サービス満点、ツインの部屋もそんなに狭くなく、清潔でとても気に入りました。朝食時に一緒になった宿泊客は皆さん出張者の様子で、車のナンバーも全国的でした。次回、阿南訪問の際もリピートしたいと思います。

Very nice hotel with stunning sea view by the sea side, highly recommended to all types of travellers. Good hotel experience in the area.

Room is very good and clean, and the staff‘s service is also very good, grand floor also provides free coffee and miso soup. but as a bicycle traveller, I was a little disappointed to find that there was no bathtub. There are no hot springs nearby ♨️. And the religious propaganda books in the room made me a little confused. However, for people who travel around Awaji Island by bicycle, this hotel is in a good location, just in the middle of the road around Awaji Island. It is highly recommended for bicycle travellers.
