Great value given the price, a comfortable room but a little dated with amenities lacking. Still recommend if you keep expectations within check.

A really nice hotel that is near to Bizan ropeway and the Tokushima station! It is next to a local shopping mall with a big muji! Very friendly staff at the reception and breakfast restaurant! Would definitely stay here again if back to Tokushima!

Great breakfast buffet. Room was a bit small but got everything you need. Overall no complaints

The location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to everything. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made my stay truly enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel is clean and has car park in the building. But we park in the building opposite, we can still get the same parking fee at 1000 yen per night. The hotel is clean and in the downtown. Shopping malls and train station are nearby.

Location was very good as it was very close to the JR station. Furniture looked quite new. Room rate was good and the room had a beautiful river view. Room was spacious enough with sufficient illumination. Staff was nice and could speak some English. The hotel got a big lobby.

A little bit dated. Beds were super firm which was great. All standard amenities included. When checking in staff were kind but we didn't get much of an explanation of hotel facilities which is a shame because the hotel is actually attached to a library which guests my use with a special card from the hotel. Proximity to the station was good.
