It’s about a 7 minute walk to the JR and the famous Shibuya Scramble, and about 4 minutes from the nearest exit / entrance to the subway. Rooms are beautifully decorated and the in house restaurant has a beautiful outdoor area as well. A little bit on the pricey side but worth it if you want a bit of luxury while in Japan.

Terrific newish hotel in the top 4 floors of an office building. About 320 t0 30 minute walk to Shibuya, Ginza or Harajuku or 2 minutes to the metro station. The metro is easy to use as instructions are in a lot of lanuages and you can pay with coins, notes or cards. We paid a little extra and were in a larger corner room with 180 degree views. Free generous minibar refilled each day. Staff were tops. There is a Japanese restaurant on the second floor which is independent of the notel. Excellent and fair prices. Breakfast was part of our package and it well above average. If you have bags or cant handle stairs ask the taxi to go into the basement from where you access the hotel with ease Tokyo is not cheap but I will certainly be back here

Stayed 5 nights in a junior suite. Was concerned given previous reviews but they were far from the truth. Very large and comfortable accomodation, top class service, and prime location at a very reasonable price. It was heaps better than the Airbnb we got last year at a similar price.

The Westin is just beautiful. All the staff were extremely helpful. the club lounge was very nice and had a lovely view. We chose to have breakfast at the buffet downstairs which was delicious. The walk to the subway station is about 10 min and all underground with some moving sidewalks. We thought Ebisu was a good location for getting around Tokyo. Would definitely stay here again!

It is my 2nd time in this hotel. First stay was back in 2020 and our family chose this hotel this time in 2023 because it's so dang perfect. The rooms are not tiny as how other Japan hotels are. We booked a room for 3pax and each of us had 1 single bed each. The toilet has a tub as well and staff are cleaning the room every single day, replacing all toiletries as well. The location is just near the shibuya crossing, about 500m walk (up hill) but it's just super near the mega donki. The hotel reception also allows guests to leave their luggage in the lobby even after check out which saves you a lot from having to rent coin lockers. I would definitely stay here again next time!

We stayed in the EN about a year ago and thus can't comment to much on any Corona related precautionary measures, as it wasn't relevant then. Still they probably would be ideally prepared, as Japanese are usually are. We enjoyed our stay there a lot, mainly due to the perfect hub it represented to exploring Tokyo as first-time visitors. It is perfectly located between the busy and quieter parts of Shibuya and we would recommend it a lot. Of course we have been to nicer rooms, but it was perfectly fine and reasonably priced considering its prime location in of the world's most populous and expensive cities.

We enjoyed our three night stay at the Shibuya Creston Hotel. We arrived early prior to our designated check in time and the front desk were kind to keep our baggage in their possession. Upon our return, our bags were ready in our assigned room. Check in was very prompt and all staff were courteous and polite with first class Japanese hospitality. Please note it is common for hotels to ask for and take a photocopy of your passports during registration. Note that the property will also collect a city tax upon arrival, so do not be alarmed of this small added cost. Location is amazing and is a perfect walking distance to all of the hotspots in Shibuya as well as the train terminal. As a security measure, the front desk control all keys (physical metal lock manual type) and cross reference your name to the room. We found it simple and convenient as it does not require us to lug around keys as well as it employs an added measure of security. Room was generally clean overall; despite not being renovated to modern standard, we could tell they showed great effort and professionalism in keeping good order. We stayed at multiple hotels during our visit to Japan, and we can tell the difference between old and clean versus old and dirty. The room includes disposable slippers, use of nightwear, bidet with heated seat and complimentary bottled waters for each night of our stay. Despite the drawbacks of being a dated hotel and smaller room, we felt it was tremendous value for the Shibuya area if location is important, the room rate is fair for the area and staff were exceptional. On our Japan trip, we spent most of our days sightseeing and little time in the room, so this was a perfect spot for us to rest for the next day of adventures. This place is fantastic. It’s extremely clean and looks luxury. The bed was super comfortable, I did not feel claustrophobic at all because the area you get is pretty big with a big bed and a high ceiling so you don’t feel you are in a capsule hotel. They have a very nice work room and also a lounge. The staff were fantastic and helpful. The location is central. when I travel I usually stay at four or five star hotels, but during the cherry Blossom season all the luxury hotels were sold out or they were ridiculously expensive like three or four times the regular price. This is the first time I stayed in a castle hotel, and it just did not felt like being in a hustle because it was so luxury and clean . It’s five minutes walking to the station. I stay three nights in the Shibuya and 4 in Kyoto location and they both were amazing. I will consider staying here again whenever I visit Japan .

Would highly recommend this hotel! As mentioned by others, it's so near Shibuya,right in the middle of things but an oasis of calm.On returning each night it felt like we were coming home! Room was as expected, compact , and could have done with hooks on the back of the door due to.limited space.However, we don't go on holiday to stay in the room so it was fine.Clean and had an amazing Japanese toilet!! Reception was a very relaxed but helpful.affair.Really helped us in sending our luggage onto the next destination. The real draw of thd hotel though is thd social spaces. Lovely coffee bar and craft beer bar which seemed to.be used by locals and tourists alike. Also ate at the pizza place upstairs which was a tad expensive but very welcome on a rainy night! Staff were all lovely and a great introduction to Tokyo.Arrigato !

What a gem of a hotel….seriously! This boutique hotel is gorgeous. Beautiful decor, a very cool, bustling lobby with coffee/bar & boutique & staff who really were the icing on the cake. The staff were so friendly & extremely accommodating to our family. The hotel is located in an amazing location in Shibuya …close enough to cat st for cool shopping & there were a plethora of amazing eating options at your doorstep. Notable places: Streamer (the BEST coffee around…not to mention their red velvet cheesecake brownie) , SHIbuichi bakery for delicious hot out of the oven breakfast bagels, croissants, kaarage chocken sandwiches & baked goods. For dinner do not miss Kushi just by the hotel entrance. Delicious rice dishes, yakitori & curry-they also do a deal offering a free glass of wine to hotel guests with your order. Menchirashi udon noodles ALWAYS had a queue & Yai Yai okonomiyaki was delicious. Do not miss The Little bakery Tokyo for the most delicious gourmet cakes, sandwiches & baked goods around. A big shout out to Yukiya for making our stay super special…& going above & beyond to make our stay so memorable 🙌🏻

The location need walk 7 to 10 mins from train station, but there is family mart and shopping mall and donki on the way, so its ok. Also very close to 2 5star restaurant we booked so still good. The hotspring after service is interesting and so good that will provide one ice cream per people every night. Also have free ramen before 11pm. The overall experience is veryvery good.

We were looking for a close to the action hotel as this was our first time in Shibuya and did not know this part of Tokyo. The service from the Granbell team was accommodating. We had to do a room change, and they were understanding, as well as a late night bed refresh as we were surprised with a stain on the mattress/sheets. The front desk agent who helped with the bed refresh was so nice, and apologetic of the situation. The rooms are out-dated and could use some touchups(scratches on the floors/walls, dust on the fans, etc.). We stayed in the ”suite” top floor(1303) and it still needed some TLC. The rooms provided nice toiletries. We did not eat at the second floor restaurant(wagyu teppanyaki) or the first floor restaurant, but both looked fairly good even for foodies. Location is really great, close to scramble, other restaurants and shopping. The neighborhood is on the more quiet side of the crossing and Im glad we stayed over here(would recommend this neighborhood again). The super close yakatori's aren't great and may tell no to foreigners. I would recommend this hotel for solo travelers, stag/hen parties or young couples who are looking truly just for a place to crash after a long day sight seeing/going out.

위치나 시설은 매우매우 좋아요. 야경은 진짜 최고최고... 감탄했어요 아침에 일어나서 보는 전망도 최고예요... 하지만 침구류에 먼지가 많았어요 자주 사용하지않았던 방이였나봐요.. 센소지에서 걸어서 15분 거리예요. 조용하고 최고예요
