It’s about a 7 minute walk to the JR and the famous Shibuya Scramble, and about 4 minutes from the nearest exit / entrance to the subway. Rooms are beautifully decorated and the in house restaurant has a beautiful outdoor area as well. A little bit on the pricey side but worth it if you want a bit of luxury while in Japan.

Terrific newish hotel in the top 4 floors of an office building. About 320 t0 30 minute walk to Shibuya, Ginza or Harajuku or 2 minutes to the metro station. The metro is easy to use as instructions are in a lot of lanuages and you can pay with coins, notes or cards. We paid a little extra and were in a larger corner room with 180 degree views. Free generous minibar refilled each day. Staff were tops. There is a Japanese restaurant on the second floor which is independent of the notel. Excellent and fair prices. Breakfast was part of our package and it well above average. If you have bags or cant handle stairs ask the taxi to go into the basement from where you access the hotel with ease Tokyo is not cheap but I will certainly be back here

Stayed 5 nights in a junior suite. Was concerned given previous reviews but they were far from the truth. Very large and comfortable accomodation, top class service, and prime location at a very reasonable price. It was heaps better than the Airbnb we got last year at a similar price.

Great, well managed hotel in the Ebisu district of Tokyo. I was here for three nights before flying home. As mentioned turn right after you exit the JR train station and walk all the way down through the tunnel to the hotel. I really like the the outdoor mall at the Yebisu Garden Place with it’s unbelievable food court. This place should win an award for a urban outdoor development with book stores, coffee bars , high end restaurants, hotel and train station. If I’m traveling with my wife I would stay here. If I m traveling with my teenage kids I would stay at the Hyatt in Shinjuku as it is closer to the action. I loved the 17th floor executive lounge for afternoon snacks and drinks . But I preferred the lobby lounge for breakfast as it had a better selection of items. I would not however pay $130 extra for the lounge. The rooms were very nice . I was so impressed with how clean the rooms and lobby were maintained. This is a world class hotel in the upper price range.

Di atas Stesen Shibuya, lokasinya sangat disyorkan. Jika anda meletak kereta, anda mesti bersedia dari segi mental. Bayaran letak kereta mahal. Lagipun harga mampu milik. Jika anda menambah makanan dan minuman, saya rasa 5 bintang juga bagus. Lagipun, harganya berpatutan, jadi lebih baik makan berdekatan.

We stayed in the EN about a year ago and thus can't comment to much on any Corona related precautionary measures, as it wasn't relevant then. Still they probably would be ideally prepared, as Japanese are usually are. We enjoyed our stay there a lot, mainly due to the perfect hub it represented to exploring Tokyo as first-time visitors. It is perfectly located between the busy and quieter parts of Shibuya and we would recommend it a lot. Of course we have been to nicer rooms, but it was perfectly fine and reasonably priced considering its prime location in of the world's most populous and expensive cities.

The room was a little bit small (although considered the norm for japanese hotels) but came equipped with a projector. Interesting feature but only serves as a novelty. The bathroom was quite squeezy as well. Overall, a decent stay with average service, would say it's more suitable for solo travellers. The location of the hotel is relatively near the station.

Located in a quieter part of Shibuya but close enough with a few minutes’ walking effort to the scramble crossing, shops and restaurants. It is uphill which may be of some concern if you have oversized or multiple luggages, and you need to hike them up a couple of steps to the lobby entrance. Room and bathroom are small and a bit old, but standard for Japan and very serviceable.

We enjoyed our three night stay at the Shibuya Creston Hotel. We arrived early prior to our designated check in time and the front desk were kind to keep our baggage in their possession. Upon our return, our bags were ready in our assigned room. Check in was very prompt and all staff were courteous and polite with first class Japanese hospitality. Please note it is common for hotels to ask for and take a photocopy of your passports during registration. Note that the property will also collect a city tax upon arrival, so do not be alarmed of this small added cost. Location is amazing and is a perfect walking distance to all of the hotspots in Shibuya as well as the train terminal. As a security measure, the front desk control all keys (physical metal lock manual type) and cross reference your name to the room. We found it simple and convenient as it does not require us to lug around keys as well as it employs an added measure of security. Room was generally clean overall; despite not being renovated to modern standard, we could tell they showed great effort and professionalism in keeping good order. We stayed at multiple hotels during our visit to Japan, and we can tell the difference between old and clean versus old and dirty. The room includes disposable slippers, use of nightwear, bidet with heated seat and complimentary bottled waters for each night of our stay. Despite the drawbacks of being a dated hotel and smaller room, we felt it was tremendous value for the Shibuya area if location is important, the room rate is fair for the area and staff were exceptional. On our Japan trip, we spent most of our days sightseeing and little time in the room, so this was a perfect spot for us to rest for the next day of adventures. We were looking for a close to the action hotel as this was our first time in Shibuya and did not know this part of Tokyo. The service from the Granbell team was accommodating. We had to do a room change, and they were understanding, as well as a late night bed refresh as we were surprised with a stain on the mattress/sheets. The front desk agent who helped with the bed refresh was so nice, and apologetic of the situation. The rooms are out-dated and could use some touchups(scratches on the floors/walls, dust on the fans, etc.). We stayed in the ”suite” top floor(1303) and it still needed some TLC. The rooms provided nice toiletries. We did not eat at the second floor restaurant(wagyu teppanyaki) or the first floor restaurant, but both looked fairly good even for foodies. Location is really great, close to scramble, other restaurants and shopping. The neighborhood is on the more quiet side of the crossing and Im glad we stayed over here(would recommend this neighborhood again). The super close yakatori's aren't great and may tell no to foreigners. I would recommend this hotel for solo travelers, stag/hen parties or young couples who are looking truly just for a place to crash after a long day sight seeing/going out.

This place is fantastic. It’s extremely clean and looks luxury. The bed was super comfortable, I did not feel claustrophobic at all because the area you get is pretty big with a big bed and a high ceiling so you don’t feel you are in a capsule hotel. They have a very nice work room and also a lounge. The staff were fantastic and helpful. The location is central. when I travel I usually stay at four or five star hotels, but during the cherry Blossom season all the luxury hotels were sold out or they were ridiculously expensive like three or four times the regular price. This is the first time I stayed in a castle hotel, and it just did not felt like being in a hustle because it was so luxury and clean . It’s five minutes walking to the station. I stay three nights in the Shibuya and 4 in Kyoto location and they both were amazing. I will consider staying here again whenever I visit Japan .

Not perfect but we loved our stay here. We had two king rooms that while small were nicely appointed, and aesthetically sufficient for our needs. I will say that if you travel with Full sized suitcases then this isn’t the place for you. Some wall hooks and a shelf would have been a nice edition but we made do with what we had available in the space. We booked two rooms, the second room was for our 14 and 11 year olds. I asked two months ahead of time for the rooms to be near each other and they placed us on separate floors, not ideal. Other families had rooms next to each other so I know it’s possible. But we made it work. The restaurant is great for breakfast and dinner and the daytime cafe/nighttime cafe was awesome as well. The location of this hotel is outstanding. Super close to shibuya dining, shopping, entertainment, and the train but in a special calm little nook. It always felt great to return . I will say that you’re kind of on your own here. Checkin/out was completed on a kiosk and while there are always people in the “lobby” I was never actually sure who worked there. Checkout/in time can be pretty chaotic as it seems most people store their luggage In The lobby. But none of this would stop me from staying there again. This was our first time in Tokyo and having now been around the city I’m glad we chose Shibuya to stay in. Definitely glad I didnt pick a place in shinjuku!

Digunakan untuk perniagaan. Ia sangat ringkas dan dijaga dengan baik. Daftar masuk adalah jenis skrin sentuh, dan operasi skrin sentuh tengah malam benar-benar sukar. Kakitangan juga berdekatan, jadi jika ada yang berlaku, mereka akan membantu. Kemudahan yang tidak terdapat di dalam bilik boleh digunakan di kaunter daftar masuk. Keghairahan dalamannya sederhana, saya suka dalamannya! Di hotel terdekat, maklumat daftar keluar dan wifi dapat dilakukan dengan skrin sentuh di dalam bilik. Sebaiknya terus segar! Saya masih mahu menggunakannya.

Room was small but it’s expected in Tokyo hotels. Free toiletries, tea and coffee that can get in the lobby of the hotel. Breakfast was ok. No daily room cleaning but it can be requested but not suggested, cleaning will be on the 3rd day of the stay and it’s upon request. Location was excellent the subway was literally an elevator away from the hotel and very close to Shibuya crossing.

It is a small cozy room, which is very clean and neat. The comfort of accommodation can relieve the fatigue of travel. I would like to spend more time on the hotel if I don’t have a tight schedule. Hahaha

The Tokyu Stay Shibuya is in a great location convenient to the train station and the Shibuya Scramble but on a quiet street. The staff here are helpful, though most speak very little English, and do their best to help. Some of the rooms are small though the corner rooms are more western-sized. We had plenty of space to spread out our baggage. The room includes the usual amenities as well as a very useful combination washer/dryer (the dryer takes a LONG time, by the way) and a sink with a few dishes. The internet is pretty good and the morning breakfast is simple and very Japanese (which we like). The desk does not seem to be staffed in the evenings and you’ll need your room card to enter the building. This is not a large hotel which means it is not usually crowded. There are some good restaurants around the corner and a 24-hour grocery with good take-away just across the street.

The beds, toilets and showers were very clean. However, I could not sleep well as the room was too hot in winter. Woke up sweating a few times and had difficulty falling asleep again. The slightly noisy fan did not help. There is no place to have a meal indoors, altho the roof terrace is great when it isn't raining. Coffee shop is too pricey so I didn't try it. Service staff were friendly and helpful. Guests should try not to talk in the dormitory after 10pm.
