Great hotel, with convenice shops within building and direct airport limousine link. Rooms are small but well kept.

location ok. 5 mins walk to H line exit 3. Room a bit small. Voice isolation not that good. Can request for inner side room not face to the street when booking or at check in counter. Within 30 mins can reach any popular area in Tokyo overall recommend to stay.

Please note: this review is for South Plaza Luxe King. I decided to upgrade to Luxe King (from Luxe Queen) at the hotel for my 2nd and 3rd night. (trip.com still has my original bookings in the system, so that’s why the room type is different than my review). I previously wrote a review about the Luxe Queen, and I thought that room was great, but, I wanted to see the difference, and as I said in the last review, I always prefer a separate shower. Extra benefits from upgrading… — Separate shower, which I usually try to get. — Wider bed. — More space inside the room, and more storage space. One thing that doesn’t change much is the view. Or at least I don’t think it’s a noticeable change. I think some Luxe Queens can also have the same view (as the Luxe King) depending on their location across the width of the building. The corner room just had a different angle, but views from both rooms were great. I admit that I did see Mount Fuji at one point when it got really clear in the afternoon (on one of the days), but in general, the views are the same from both rooms. Also, maybe it depends what view you want… government building vs urban sprawl. You get both views from both rooms, it’s just that the angle changes. Did I have to upgrade no? But I wanted to try it and see the difference for next time. I believe both the Luxe Queen and Luxe King are excellent, and paying more you really do get some extra benefits. However, the Luxe isn’t cheap to start with, so I guess it depends on your budget. I think the Luxe King room is excellent.

ディズニー後のチェックインで、受付も忙しい中、丁寧にコミュニケーション頂けました。 飲み放題も種類豊富で、親子揃って満足でした。 強いて言えば、ハイボールと記載があるが、炭酸が見つからなかったので、炭酸もあればベストですね。 部屋は、綺麗で整っています。 シャワーの水圧も十分ですが、部屋によってはドライヤーがかなり弱いところもありそうです。 冷蔵庫もしっかり冷えます。 次回もお世話になろうと思います。

its our 2nd time to stay here in this hotel . we loved the location its very near to affordable foods like yoshinoya,sukiya,ramen hidakaya and mcdonalds and a 14mins walk only to ameyoko ueno

Perkhidmatan di meja depan hotel sangat baik, jangan masuk dan tolong memandu pintu dan membantu dengan bagasi. Terdapat kedai serbaneka di hotel untuk memenuhi keperluan harian. Terdapat juga 3 restoran. Di tingkat bawah terdapat mata air panas, yang hanya berharga 800 yen, yang sangat bagus. Ia juga sangat dekat dengan lapangan terbang, saya akan memilih di sini lain kali!

I hope my review could do justice to this hotel. It is very dated and has this rustic atmosphere. BUT it is what it is. We could not possibly hope to pay lesser and want the hotel to do face-lift like brand new. Who do renovation free of charge? This hotel makes the best out of what it has and guests, like us, could feel the hospitality. I think the deal I booked from trip.com was not bad. S$568 for 2 Adults and 2 Children for 3 Days and 2 nights and comes with daily breakfast. The room has 4 beds and it 36 sqm. Spacious. The location is not bad for the Disney Line. The location is if you want a snack or two at night because this is a tourist area. We do our mini food and grocery run at the Resort Line Station before taking the hotel shuttle at Bus Stop C. This shuttle takes us back to hotel lobby. Best of all, our room is facing Disneyland and we managed to catch the fireworks at comfort of our room.

Not in a perfect or ideal location to downtown Tokyo, or the tourist attractions. Helpful staff, clean. This place does not offer room service, so if you plan to stay multiple days, be prepared to use the same towels. You can have your room clean for an extra charge.

Saya mencari hotel kerana saya dapat tinggal di Tokyo sedikit. Ia berdekatan dengan stesen Ikebukuro untuk menggunakan No. 1. Terdapat kedai serbaneka dan dotol sebaik sahaja anda berjalan, sehingga anda dapat menyelesaikan makanan ringan. Saya memutuskan untuk membeli pakaian yang mencukupi, jadi saya pergi ke Lumine lagi. Saya lapar pada waktu malam tetapi saya letih, jadi saya menggunakan perkhidmatan bilik Ia sangat sedap. Kemudahan juga dilengkapi dengan baik dan diisi semula dengan betul setiap kali ia dibersihkan. Dan yang paling penting, saya berpuas hati dengan lokasi dan penginapan murah di tempat yang indah. Sekiranya anda tidak tahu apa-apa, kaunter penerimaan tetamu akan bertindak balas selama 24 jam. Saya fikir saya akan menggunakannya lagi.

Arrived close to midnight and was I glad the front desk was open and check in process was smooth. Adorable wall design gives it a fun and relax environment. Size of the room for solo traveller is just nice. It comes with a long built-in bench by the side of the wall for smaller bags and is nice to have somewhere to sit besides the bed. Location is in the vicinity to JR Tokyo station which makes it convenient if you need to travel via the bullet train to the next destination. Only stayed for a night so didn't get to use any of the facilities so can't comment on that.
