We’re a family of 4, staying 9 nights at the Pullman Tamachi in 2 adjoining rooms. Our experience of the hotel and in particular staff was exceptional. We were generously granted early check in and a very late check out (possibly helped by my Diamond All.Accor status) which made our day of arrival and departure that more easy to manage. Thank you Jakapun (Director of rooms) The rooms were generous in size, very well appointed and laid out. The breakfast in the main restaurant was great with a nice variety of options. Staff were attentive and food was replenished as needed. The location was perfect for us, metres from the main train line linking the busiest stations, yet far way from the hustle to offer a much-needed sanctuary, highlighted by the roof top garden, terrace and executive lounge. Biggest praise goes to the staff of the executive lounge, led by Jordan and Masa and their great support staff. I have yet to see staff anywhere in the world offer the levels of service they all provided during our stay. From asking questions about what we like and had in mind, to offering options, making reservations and sending frequent emails with listed itinerary and instructions, they made our experience in Tokyo a memorable one for my family. Their attention to detail, enthusiasm and pleasure in hearing we had a great day based on their recommendations, made the difference. The hotel is very fortunate to have staff like you all. My family and I truly thank you for your exceptional service and memorable holiday experience. Looking forward to returning in the near future.

A real gorgeous hotel with the most spectacular view I have seen. You can lose yourself just looking at the passing ferries and skyline. Very beautiful lounge areas. Lobby a tad small. Reception is impersonal and brisk. But I received great service from the bellboy who can speak Indonesian! What amazing experience. Although there's station outside the hotel but the main subway lines we used often are 10mins walk. Midway there's a beautiful large public park with ducks ponds etc (pay small fee). Walk is a little tiring at end of shopping trips and winter cold though. Overall 9/10.

Caveat: only stayed here one night and left early morning so we didn’t experience the gym or breakfast. Service was great, such as the staff waiting for us in the lobby at 5:40am because they knew we’d booked a taxi and wanted to help with the bags. That kind of proactive service. Martinis at the bar were perfect; live music made for nice ambience; check in and express check out on the TV were super quick. Dinner at the teppanyaki restaurant downstairs was delicious although surprising the staff barely spoke any English (we arrived from a small country ryokan so this was surprising in Tokyo). But Japanese people are so wonderful and friendly you can always get by with some menu pointing and miming. The real magic here though is having your own balcony, which in central Tokyo is a rare treat (pic is our view from balcony). I’d definitely stay here again.

Janu Tokyo 是上週才開業的安縵姊妹酒店，酒店位於我最喜歡的東京六本木高尚地段麻布台丘，比之安縵少了一份禪意多了些許時髦，酒吧的雞尾酒非常有特色，酒單的每種雞尾酒對應的是東京不同的區，並配有藝術家繪畫和文字介紹，我點了神樂阪的兩種加了抹茶的酒，上來真的就是兩大“碗”，得要兩手捧者才能喝。衹是酒吧位置偏於大堂lounge一隅，僅有幾張小桌，這點非常不喜歡。

Within walking distance to Happo-en where I had to be for business. There is a bakery shop opposite the garden and their tarts are superb! Hotel shuttle takes takes to you to the nearest shopping mall with many options for shopping, eating and just walking around to explore.

loved my stay, location is good, about 6mins walk from the nearest train station! hotel had wifi, a washing machine (at your own cost ¥300 to wash and ¥100 for the dryer) EVERY FLOOR had a water dispenser. loved how there was a family mart, and 2 lawson convenience stores near the hotel. although the train tracks was right outside my window, i couldnt hear a single sound 👍🏼

It takes about 7 mins to travel between the hotel and Tamachi JR Station which is in a good location. On the other hand, the hotel located a bit out of the busy areas and the visitors can enjoy a nice and peaceful moment there. There is a restaurant street closed to Tamachi Station and one can easily find many typical local restaurants. If you go to another side of the Tamachi Station, there is a shopping area where more restaurants and shops can be found. The hotel has a floor allowing guests getting free drinks, snacks, smokes and relaxation. I’d say it’s a kind of complimentary areas for guests for business. The room size is acceptable for a single guest or couples. Very clean and the air conditioner is adjustable (I really mean that as some hotels have such controls but are not workable) which made me feel a comfort stay there.

Great affordable hotel that is 5-7 min walk to JR train station. ATMs and convenience store are available around the hotels (family mart & lawson) Would recommend this hotel. Complete toiletries and staffs are friendly but none of them can speak English. Google translate helps a lot. Self check-out and baggage storage is available.

浜松町駅からは1㎞ぐらい歩いたような気がします。ゆりかもめの日の出駅が駅としては一番近いです。 部屋やベッド、バスルームなどはすべて並みのサイズで、可もなく不可もなしといったところ。ただデスクとベッドの頭のところにコンセントがあり、使い勝手はいいです。 何より、チェックイン、チェックアウトの際、対応したスタッフが両方とも日本人の方ではなかったのですが、大変いい対応をしていただいて、すこぶる満足です。

空港から移動しやすかったので、お世話になりました。 お部屋もマンションタイプなので、滞在するのに適していてよかったです。 お風呂のお湯が5分出さないと出てこないのは改善してほしいなぁと思いました。 また浜松町から道案内の画像があんなに丁寧なのに、キャリーを自力で持ち上げられる人しか難しい道でした。ぜひ、病気で腕に稼働制限があるわたしでも安心して通れる道をお願いします。

It's a business hotel. Location wise not super good if you need to travel to the main tourist area in Tokyo but it's not a bad location to explore something more local. The nearest subway station is actually Mita station which is under the Toei Metro Line. About 5-7min walk. If you need to connect to Tamachi station which is a bigger JR station is about 15min walk. The good thing about this property is the great breakfast with good variety of food. If the timing can extend til 9:30am would be even better. Room size is bearable for couple but it's good enough for solo traveller. Only thing is the toilet size considering as very compact. When I sit on the toilet bowl, my knee can touch the wall. Barely can bend my upper body forward. The hotel comes with a hot spring which is a bonus. It opens from 12noon til the next morning 9:30am. You can have a hot soak after a long day and even late night before sleep. 7-11 & Family Mart located in between the Mita Station and the hotel. There's a supermarket hidden in the commercial building near by. You could walk on some small lanes between buildings would be a shorter walk from the hotel. Overall this is good for business traveller but if you want a cheaper option of hotel as a leisure traveller.

I booked twin room non smoking. On picture the room was looking nice. In reality we didn't get a room which was on picture. Our room was very small, very congested, instead of 2nd bed there was a sofa bed. it's good it was only for 1 night. I was very tied after long travel, that's why I didn't check straight away, but I had a feeling that it wasn't a room I booked. On next day when we were checking out, I spoke to front clerk Akihiro Sasaki about this matter. He told me, that they can’t see a picture of room I booked, they just followed instructions from Trip.com. I will let Trip.com know what happened. I feel we were cheated and I think we deserve a compensation, because the room we got is definitely cheaper than the room I booked.I am providing photos of original room and room we got. I am very disappointed.

年間の半分以上は仕事の都合上「ホテルステイ」をさせて頂いているおりますが、ここまで残念な（ひどい）ホテルは体験した事はございません。 特に酷いのは「接遇力」「イレギュラーへの対応力」「引継の正確さ」が、まったくと言っても良いほどなっていないという事です。 まずはハウスキーピングのクオリティの低さです。部屋が破損していても、そのまま修理などもせずに「部屋の清掃が完了した」という事でお客様を通してしまうという点。私の場合は、スイッチが破損していた事もありましたし、黒色の日除けカーテンが。レールから外れていたりした状態で、部屋に通された事は２回ございました。 そして「２名」で予約しているのにも関わらず「１人分」の部屋のセットになっていた事もございました。この件は「ハウスキーピング」の責任というよりかは「申し送りが正確に行われていない」という、ずさんなホテル運営が浮き彫りになっていると思います。 そして「料金」の伝達の正確さも残念ながらなっていません。オリジナルの予約の部屋よりも、当日少し広めの部屋にアップグレードを有償でお願いしようとしたのですが、スタッフによって「案内金額」が異なり、二転三転としていた事もございました。 あまりにも「金額提示」が二転三転していたので「今後、どの様な対応になるのか」という事をホテルの方に聞いても「責任者が休みで決裁が出来ないので、責任者と連絡がつかないと対応出来ない」と言われました。 私は24時間営業のフロントデスクを保有しているホテルにおいて、責任者（決裁者）が不在のホテルなど初めて見ましたし、それも「終日決裁者不在」という、社会通念上ありえない状況に大変困惑を致しました。 ホテル業界だけでなく、どの企業でも「料金の提示」というものは、とても重要であり決して誤りのあってはいけない分野だと私は考えておりますし、そう社会人になってからも厳しく教えられてきました。 責任者の男性マネージャーさんに、上記の件について「意見」を申し上げても「口答え」はしますし「会話の最中にお客様の話にかぶせて言い訳」はしますし、そもそも「接客用語」も正しく使えておらず、責任者の接遇がなっていないが故に、部下に当たるスタッフの皆さんもホテルマンとしての「本質」を見失っている様に感じます。 お客様の見える所でスタッフ同士が会話している様に見えるのも問題ですし、私がフロントに行っても、しばらく会話をやめずに、私が声をかけるまで何も対応に入らないというスタッフもいます。フロントから、お客様がドアから入ってきた瞬間から、スタッフはお客様の様子について、顔を向けて確認（挨拶・会釈）しないと、ホテルのフロントとしては非常識です。 お客様から「苦情」を頂いてから「改善」をするのでは、3流のホテルです。1流のホテルは「想定されるトラブル」を防ぐ努力を行い、それでも予測不可能なイレギュラー対応については、トラブルから学ばせて頂く。これはホテルの基本姿勢です。 抑々「部屋の破損」「料金の案内の二転三転」「人数分の部屋セットが出来ていない」「言葉使いがなっていない」という分野は「想定されるトラブル」以前に、ホテルとして、あってはならない基本中の基本であります。 今のホテルヴィラフォンテーヌグランド東京田町様のクオリティでは、お世辞にも「このホテルはお勧めです」とは言えません。まったくマネジメント、危機管理がなっておらず「サイレントクレーマー」は二度と泊りにはきてくれないホテルです。 お客様の多くは「苦情」を言わずにホテルを後にします。しかしホテルは「サイレントクレーマー」を一人でも減らす努力をしなければ、数字に直結しません。売上が良いホテルから「接遇」に力を入れなくても良いなんという考え方もあり得ない事です

浜松町駅からのアクセスの良さとネット上の評価の高さで選びました。 ホテルの印象はリーズナブルな一般的なビジネスホテルといった感じですが、部屋は比較的広くて清潔で、バスとトイレが別なのはよかったです。乾燥したこの季節に空気清浄機の備え付けも嬉しいポイントでした。 何よりもロビーから持って行けるアメニティーの種類が多く、枕も自分の合ったものを選べ、入浴剤もあり、とても充実していました。 朝食バイキングもスタッフの対応もよかったです。 I chose it because of its good access from Hamamatsucho Station and its high rating on the internet. The impression of the hotel is that of a reasonably priced general business hotel, but the rooms are relatively spacious and clean, and it was good that the bath and toilet are separate. It was also a nice point to have an air purifier in this dry season. Above all, there are many types of amenities that you can bring from the lobby, you can choose the pillow that suits you, and there are bath salts, so it was very fulfilling. The breakfast buffet and staff were nice, too.

Very spacious room. Family friendly room so much space for eating, sleeping, working. Good amenities like own washing machine in the room, kitchen things, wifi, tv, etc. very comfortable and places for baggages. They also have air purifiers for the room.
