Ulasan HOTEL GROOVE SHINJUKU, A PARKROYAL Hotel

Hotel location was pretty prime, lots of local food surrounding. There's a Starbucks right below the hotel. Hotel reception is located on level 18 of karibucho tower. Service was really great too. There's an accommodation tax of 1200yen.

The location was good and near to train station. The hotel was clean and big enough for the triple and have hot chocolate for welcome drink

The hotel location is very good and convenient. There's plenty of shopping and food choices around the area, with an Ichiran just across the road. The area is very lively and crowded so it's very safe even if we travel back to the hotel late. Hotel staff are very helpful and efficient. Our Premier Twin Suite is a huge room with a full height window whereby we can have a view of Tokyo. My family loves it! We will be back!

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and amenities are replenished everyday. They provide good skincare too. The only downside is the washing machine. The drying mode can’t dry the clothes completely. We needed to bring it to the room to airdry even after 2 hours of machine dry. And the washing machines have password lock. People just washed and didn’t collect on time, causing others not able to use as there are only 5 washing-drying machines. As it was my birthday, a token of appreciation was gifted by the hotel.

The hotel is located in the heart of Shinjuku, making it extremely convenient for dining, transportation, and shopping—truly a city that never sleeps. The hotel staff is friendly and communicates well in English, so basic conversations aren’t an issue. The only downside is that the hotel can be a bit tricky to find. If you spot a Starbucks, go inside, take the stairs behind it, turn left, and you’ll see the hotel lift. Check-in is on the 8th floor. Another minor issue is that the bed may feel a bit soft for some. The rooms are clean, and the hotel offers a laundry service. You can monitor the status and remaining time of your machine from the TV in your room. If you enjoy a bustling nightlife, this hotel is an ideal choice.

There aren't enough hooks for towels and clothes for a 3 people's room. Also I have requested an b'day arrangement with the hotel, which they confirmed will do a towel art on the bed plus a little gift for the b'day gift before we check-in, however there were nothing in the room which was very disappointing.

The hotel is located at Kabukicho near to Seibu-shinjuku train station. There are plenty of shopping and food options in the vicinity. Hotel staffs were polite and helpful during check-in and out. The hotel is clean and amenities were great. The cons of the room was that the shower area is see through but you can draw the curtain outside when you use the shower. The limousine bus to the airport is situated at the ground level of the hotel. Love our stay and would be back again next time.

Highly recommend, heart location in Shinjuku, close to JR & metro station with lots of shopping & food option! The lobby is at 18F, all the rooms are high floor with good view! Front desk are able to communicate in fluent english & they are really helpful & friendly! We booked superior twin room, it is spacious can have 3 big luggages & 2 hand carry all open at the same time. Nice bed & clean! There is airport luminous bus right at hotel for JPY 3,600 & only take about an hour to Narita airport.

Excellent stay. Would return again. Rooms layout were well planned. We got a high floor city view too. No need to go Tokyo tower
