The location of this hotel is super central within Ueno. The only downside is the rooms are smaller than average by Tokyo standards and resemble cruise ship rooms but on the other hand, the nightly rate is pretty cheap so you can't really expect more. To accommodate my family of 3, I booked two rooms and luckily they were able to be next to each other and this was a good solution when me or my partner needed to get work done at night/early morning and we didn't want to disturb our toddler from sleeping.

Happening area and be prepared to see the night side of Tokyo. 5min walk to Skyliner station. No worries even when you need to catch a 9am flight out of Narita airport!

Convenient location, takes about 8-10mins walk from Ueno station. Hotel room is quite new and clean. Recommended.

Awesome location, near everything, train station, restaurants, stores, museums and park. Highly recommended. Room is small but good enough for me as a solo traveller. Keep in mind, the hotel will charge you more if you bring in another person to stay with you.

Conveniently located very near to metro train station. Walkable to main Ueno shopping streets, restaurants and big departmental stores. We were disappointed that the hotel only allows luggage storage on the same day of check in (before check in at 3pm) We went 1 day earlier with our luggages, only to find out that we can’t do it and ended up paying for overnight luggage storage, which is costly.

A bit cramp otherwise everything is perfect. The hotel is close to metro. Very convenient That area have a very good tempura meal, price is reasonable.
