The hotel is in great location almost at the center of Ginza. There are always taxi outside the hotel and subway exit just right next to the entrance. The room is in good condition and the staff is nice.

The hotel is at a PERFECT location! Love how we are so close to good food and shopping spots! It's really convenient to travel by subway as well because it is accessible to three lines! My only gripe will be the housekeeping service! It is stated that as long as the 'Clean the Room' sign is pasted on the door between 1000h and 1400h, the room will be cleaned. However, the cleaning lady will knock on the door at about 1020ish each day asking to come in to clean the room! I stayed in three other hotels during this trip before my last stop in Tokyo, and I did not encounter that situation during my stay. If not for the housekeeping matter, I would have given the hotel a perfect score!

Mitsui never disappoints ; be sure of a good standard. Location is prime. Rooms are reasonable sized.

All staff are very friendly and helpful .  The room is fine but the amenities are not as good as pre Covid.

Excellent location, very attentive staff. The rooms are small but clean with everything that you might need. This is my 2nd stay at the hotel and definitely recommend it.

The breakfast is not good. It is because some food are not provided while they have in previous day. It is very strange that no natto and mentaiko are served for the breakfast while they are provided in previous days.

The staff was absolutely caring and helpful beyond words. Sincere appreciation especially the lady who kept me company at the entrance and make sure I get into the reserved car which never showed up.

I book this hotel for my husband a month before our trip. However, 3 days before the trip, I was informed that the booking was cancelled. However I did not do any cancellation at all. So I book again, this time I personally talked to Trip.com staff Ms Betty and reconfirm the this rebook. Betty told me that the booking was confirmed. When I arrived at the hotel on 7 June 2024, hotel told me there is no such booking. i waited at the lobby for an hour because I think they called Trip.com for clarification. Finally they were able to give my husband a room. How come the hotel did not receive the booking for 2 times despite I received confirmation email from Trip.com. . I wonder what it happened?

The location and the services of staff are very good. Only negative feedback is the size of the queen size bed is so small and too much space accorded to the bathroom which doesn’t serve much purpose
