Ulasan HOTEL MYSTAYS Ueno East

Lokasi yang baik, sangat dekat dengan stesen Inarichō. Tetapi bilik, terutamanya tab mandi, tidak begitu bersih. Nasib baik itu adalah rumah mandian tradisional Jepun berdekatan.

Bilik tidak diselenggara dengan baik. Berhabuk dan banyak rambut di mana-mana. Tandas berbau busuk. Tidak akan tinggal di hotel ini lagi. Saya rasa APA hotel adalah pilihan yang lebih baik.

As the hotel has some issue with their air-con, it was terrible for us. I woke up sweating :”) Apparantly, we booked an eco-stay(?) so there’s no cleaning service for us, but they did give us new towels so that’s good. Overall exp was ok. Hotel is clean and the service was good

Around 10-15mins walk from JR station. Easier to walk along the main road. It was raining when we arrived and the train station staff kindly advised us to walk underground and later come up to main road. It was a maze and we were lost. Walking distance to street walk.

Basic amenities okay, but a bit too small space , but still location is considered good

The hotel quite small but they got the best service so far. They even got bathtub. The location was 2 minutes walk from Inaricho train station and 7 minutes walk from Ueno JR train station. Plenty of groceries shop as well.

Great! Hotel Mystays location is easy to find and you cant be lost when going to convini bus or train station. Surely on my next trip, I’ll book again at Hotelmystays chain

Stayed one more night because of typhoon. Had to move to another room because the hotel was fully booked. Room was a bit small.

Nice location and comfortable to stay. They clean the room everyday and provide sleep wear set too.... I will recommend this hotel to my friends😊

The room was small but comfortable, but the WiFi connection only worked in the lobby on the 1/F but not in the room on the 2/F. The coin laundry was also absent from this building - you had to go to another hotel building of the same hotel brand nearby to wash your clothes. If you take the JR train, you'd also be expected to walk some distance before you could get to the hotel. An economic choice, but not very ideal for extended stays if you need to wash your clothes frequently and gain stable access to the Internet.

The room is a bit small but it is clean and tidy. The location is good and convenient. Value for money.

If you arrive in the morning, you can leave your luggage for safekeeping at the reception. Check-in in Japan is possible after 3pm, neat room (room 615) (simple but equipped with all comforts), good bed with various pillows, and a standard shower cabin that is fine. Helpful staff. Breakfast is included and you can choose in advance which set you want and at what time. The hotel is located one block from the main street, which has the great advantage of being quieter. Nearby are several restaurants and kombini shops. Within walking distance of the train station, and close to the beautiful Ueno park (with museum etc) and the well known Akihabara district. On a next visit, I would definitely come back here. A good value for money.
