It’s good location with spa included in the package and nice view and walkable location from Terminal 3

It is conveniently located beside Haneda Airport Terminal 3 and has most basic facilities for a short stay.

All in all was a good hotel perfect for the night there’s a shop for food and snacks. Very close amenities were good room size was good all in all pretty good.

Good location for an early flight tourist at Terminal 3. The room size is ok but just not enough desk space for 2 guests. It's better to turn the long sofa into a desk with 2 chairs. The hygiene is not so ok. Two towels are found with stickers. I told the front desk to change it. Breakfast is really great.

The food / restaurant choices was great for airport hotel. The hotel is roomy and clean.

Excellent location. Nice breakfast buffet. Room is clean with a good view. User friendly self check in kiosk. A hotel staff is stand by to offer help and information.

Very very nice hotel, great service, had onsen .. definitely worth the money to rest after long flight, convinience location at Terminal 3 Haneda.

Location is perfect, however that’s about it. The hotel is not one that you can get authentic japanese experiences onsen is full and visitors are dirty and have no sense of etiquette. Room is ok nothing special.

The location is very convenient for people who transit/travel via Haneda Airport. Heaps of shopping and food choices at walking distance. We didn’t try the Onsen because we are travelling with a toddler and already staying overnight and the Onsen is an extra cost, but I heard it is pretty good especially for people who don’t want to pay the overnight cost at a hotel.

Just right beside the terminal 3 there's no better place to stay.

Great location close to terminal 3

As my flight reached Tokyo after 10pm and I decided to book the hotel for a night. The hotel is clean and the breakfast is not bad. Room bit small but just for one night is ok for me.

We arrived in the afternoon and the check in was quite smooth. But for thos arriving much later on the same day, the number of people trying to check in was flooding the arrival hall. I suspect they have to spend over an hour to check in. The hotel is of convenient location to transit passengers and there are rich amenities inside the hotel. Breakfast was included in our room price but due to our early flight the following day, we were unable to have breakfast and at the same time catching our flights on time. Being an airport hotel, I think they should offer light breakfast as well to those who are catching early flights.
