Good location, clean room, and good service. However, I will rate this hotel average because the bed made that "squeky" sound when you slept or sat on it.

Good location, clean room but too small if you bring big luggage you can’t open widely, amenities are great love coffee and tea

It’s a convenient and safe location— a business district. The hotel also comes with a female-only-floor option. I’ve noticed plenty of Japanese locals on a business trip staying at the place, which is promising since it’s telling that the service is good enough for the locals. Amenities are free to take at the lobby— toothbrushes, individual packaged towels, cotton swabs. (And also complementary drip UCC coffee packets and tea bags). Nice view from the window, another bonus and the building is chic on the whole. 7-11 right downstairs and it’s only a 5-to-10-minute walk to the stations. Front-desk was kind enough to lend me a phone charger as well upon request as well. Mine broke right on the very last day and that was a lifesaver.

Easy to find and close to the station. The area felt a little less safe at night. We had the breakfast option, and would have preferred a variety change of what was on offer as it was the same each day. Hotel staff were lovely and helpful, wish the bed was more comfortable! A bonus was the view of Mount Fuji in the distance on a clear day!

This is a very nice place, very close to the 大 井 町 J R station, with very good service. Their staffs are very polite and responsive. The room is also very clean. With many restaurants, Cafés and convenience stores (e.g. Japanese food restaurants, 居酒屋, McDonald's ，7 - 11 ; Family Mart. nearby.) Event we back to hotel at around 11 PM, we can found Japanese soba shop for our night snack. Next time when we go to Tokyo we will book this hotel again.

Basically a perfect hotel for business travelers, amenities are abundant and they will offer you new towels

Location was very good, with nearest railway station Oimachi and 7 eleven is located just below the hotel in B1.

Location is relatively near the town. The room is quite tight and small for your luggages to be lying around. Other than that, all’s good.

Nearby Haneda Airport, 1/2 hr metro trip

Good location near JR station, many good self-service components
