Such a great experience to stay in this hotel with my family. The room is so spacious and well equipped. We really enjoyed how it has laundry machine and kitchen utensils for cooking. Will definitely return.

We stayed here for the entire trip to Tokyo for 7 nights with 3 kids. This was not the intended hotel initially due to system glitch, but Thank God it turned out to be even better choice. Hotel staffs were super friendly and helpful, understands english. Love the Komoro Soba shop behind the hotel (5min walk) but unfortunately it was enjoyed the last day of stay, wish i could have it a few more time. Great location, few minutes access to subways and ＜15 minutes walk to Tokyo station. My wife love the washer/dryer in the room. Nice!

Conveniently located to multiple train stations and great food options around. Room was spacious and amenities provided were complete. Highly recommended for families!

The hotel is conveniently located next to several JR trains and subway stops, walking distance to Akihabara and Asakusa - if you enjoy exploring the city by foot. The room is fully and nicely equipped; amenities are available at front desk and coffee pods available for purchase (100 Yen/pod). All staff members are efficient and kind. We would not hesitate to book it again.

Room is spacious as advertised. Staff is clear and helpful. Very convenient location close to stations and convenience stores.

First of all maybe I am a person likes to complain, I apologize first! But, as I am not very happy is that when the day I supposed to check in, my fight has delayed 2 hours! And the hotel sends me an email that afternoon 6pm, remind me that if the days end and I still not check in! I am no show, and will forfeit my prepaid hotel fee! What?? And to be honest, Fight is very normal! Luckily, I get there on time before midnight! And , if this is fare or not , when you are on the plane , how can I check my email however, not all the plane has Wi-, When you are at the process of traveling there! And I’m staying there for two weeks. They only comes once a week for cleaning services! This is all I can say about this hotel. !

A fully equipped hotel room and is clean and conveniently located . Highly recommended.

The hotel is 2 minutes walk from Shin Nibombashi train station. Room is big with washing machine is a surprise to me. The hotel is also near to Nahonbashi, just 10 minutes walk. Good for shopping. Easy to find food.

We stayed here with 2 young toddler, room is spacious and futon was good with young kids. Room has amenities for washing and cooking, and comes with a good size bathtub

Good for family having children. Near many train stations to landmark location i.e. Shibuya, Shinjuku, Ueno, Ginza.

The location is great. Cafes and restaurants are nearby. Front desk staff are courteous and helpful.

A bit quiet but staff very friendly

Enormous room size by Japanese standards! Self-contained apartment with kitchen, washing machine, extra bunk beds and a bathtub. Centrally located near Kanda and Nihonbashi. Highly recommended!

Overpriced given the room condition and service provided. Kitchen & washing machine with dryer are a plus. Will not stay again in this hotel though as the cleanliness is on the low end in Japanese standard.
