The hotel is quite good, but don't expect much regarding cleanliness, it's not very dirty, but it's not clean by general standards The room is as expected, small typical of hotels in Japan, if you bring a large suitcase, it will be a challenge to open it because space is very limited the staff can speak English, just not fluently, so don't expect to ask for various things, because of language limitations

So far so good Breakfast very nice !! Room is not to big but cozy.

No complaints. Except that the room is real tiny but the bed is in queen size which is what we expected so no complain.

Room is small but is so what you can expect from a hotel room in central Tokyo. But in-room facilities is decent: a microwave to reheat your takeaway foods, washing machine, and pressing machine to keep your business attire neat. Access to Gotanda metro station is literally in front of the hotel's door, with good access to Shibuya, Shinjuku, Haneda airport etc. Many 24 hrs convenience stores within 50-100 metres. Restaurants and coffee shops around hotels are also limitless. What I really liked is the free coffee machine at the lobby.

Location: Fantastic. This hotel entrance is located right in front of the Asakusa line metro(Stairs only) The JR station is a few minutes away from the hotel. There are many food options nearby and a 7-11 is right next to the hotel. Service: The counter staff are great and there is light housekeeping (change of towels and clearing of trash) Amenities: There are amenities like brushes and etc at the front desk. There is also a hot water/ coffee dispenser in the lobby. There is a separate ice machine as well.

The location is super near the Gotanda station. The hotel is next to 7 11 I love their free coffee at the lobby as well ☺️

It's a small and simple hotel room. If you're alone and for a day or 2, then it'll do. But petty tight for 2 people. Good location, less than 5mins walk to the station and less than 10mins to Shibuya and Shinjiku

They only do limited room make-up everyday. Although the location is very convenient, the bathroom and the room are not very clean. But if you only stay for a short period of time, it’s ok for the choice.

Amazing location. It's right by the main train lines. Front desk staff are extremely welcoming.
