The hotel is very clean and comfy, even though it is a bit far from the town but the price is respectively low which I should have no complaints. We had a pleasant stay and will definitely go back if we are flying from Haneda again. The hotel offers free shuttle to Haneda airport too. Lovely.

Nice and clean hotel. Good location and near to the train station… got a lot of convenience store, restaurants around the area (one just opposite of the hotel)… but I like the nearby 24/7 Seiyu store!

walk in a quiet residential area for around 5-10 min, a very quiet and peaceful area, each block got at least one convenient stores, and department store/ grocery store to buy what you need room is clean in general, but as we stayed for 9 days and 8 nights, as we were not aware that the cleaner will only work in the morning, so our room is not thoroughly cleaned if we stayed late that passed 12:00pm, maybe they were in a rush, say no cleaning of floor, and it is 'dusty' in the room. Other than this , the room and surrounding in general is good, particularly in relation to this price. A international hotel with lots of local and international residents, say from China, Taiwan, Europe etc. Staff in front desk could speak English and with good customer services.

Near to Haneda Airport and 6 mins walk to JR Lines Train, convenient with restaurant and food around

Breakfast delicious.But location need to walk around 10-12 mins to MRT station. Cleaningness perfect.

Whilst not in central Tōkyō but it’s within easy walking distance to the train station. There’s also plenty of places to eat.

All the services were above the standard and very well maitained. Would happily recomend this hotel.

This hotel is just few minutes walking to Omori station. Room size is big as compared to others in Tokyo. We got a room on high level and gorgeous open view. It’s a very satisfying experience! Will book it again in future when visiting Tokyo again.

I recently stayed at MyStays with my family, and unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory. Upon arrival, we were dismayed to find our room in a poor state of cleanliness. The carpet was not only dusty but also visibly dirty, contributing to an overall uncomfortable atmosphere. The room size was another major issue. It was extremely cramped for our party of three adults and one child. To our frustration, the hotel had incorrectly processed our booking, and this led to further inconvenience. An additional disappointment was the breakfast service. Despite being an integral part of our stay, we were unexpectedly charged extra due to an error on the hotel's part. The quality of the breakfast buffet itself was subpar, lacking in variety and essential items. On our first morning, they even ran out of basic supplies like milk. This was unacceptable, and we decided not to attend the breakfast on the second day of our stay. Overall, our experience at MyStays was underwhelming and stressful. It's disheartening to encounter such issues, especially when looking forward to a relaxing stay. I hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously and makes necessary improvements to ensure a better experience for future guests.

Good room size. Convenient location with lots of Lawson, Family Mart nearby. There is another 24/7 supermarket nearby so not much complain. Just not for visitors who prefer somewhere cozy. It’s busy hotel with travellers all over the world.

Located along a JR line, it is about 10mins walk from the Omori station. There are many food options around the Omori town and very convenient ammenities such as supermarkets, fast food, sushiro, and many konbini. Hotel has microwave, ice machines and vending machines on various levels.

The room is super clean and spacious for triple. We stayed here for 6 nights. The hotel surrounding is very safe and we don’t encounter any problems to come back late night everyday. Very good service, the Housekeeper refill the amenities everyday. Is only 10mins walking distance to Omori station. There is a groceries mart opposite the hotel.

Very clean and nice hotel. As the central AC was turned off, the room was very warm. We.rewuested for a fan, they are able.to provide it. Will love to come back this hotel for my future holiday in Tokyo.
