Location is the best when compare with the price it is very good even though it is a capsule hotel but rest room and other service is so good i will go back again♡♡!!!

The Smell of the like a rotten rat upon opening of the elevator at the 3rd was so strong, need a good exhaust on that area ( shoes locker ), elevator is a little bit OLD, need maintenance or replacement, the rest is OK!

Okay place to stay for a quick trip. Has every basic thing you will need

This place is good. The lady there is amazing. Very patient and helpful. Amenities are available but for rent.

You get what you pay for. Great location, clean capsules every day so you need to empty it before 10 am and check in again after 2 pm. Coin lockers outside available for your last day of stay as they don’t have this service. Old capsules, maybe need an update!

They allow younger kids but I was separated with my son who is 12 who stayed on another floor for males. Helpful staff and speaks English. Clean and very prime location. People follow the rules of no speaking and it’s very quiet. No onsen for women though.

very good service, even though there were suddenly some setbacks the staff helped you, good hygiene, they deliver products for daily use, I had read bad reviews, but my stay was pleasant, there were only problems with the light bulbs but they changed me capsule. The Japanese women are very friendly and helpful. The only guy who was unpleasant and I found him quite offensive and rude was one of the workers, I think he was from Bangladesh, there are 2 from Bangladesh, one is nice and respectful, the other was a very unpleasant person, he made me very upset, He treated me very badly and I even felt a tendency of misogyny and mainsplaining against me, he almost treated me like a fool. His attitude bothered me a lot. I don't know his name but he was there on the night of June 28. I found him offensive and disrespectful, I think he is the only thing to criticize and the only bad thing about my stay.

I didn’t like this place starting from the fact that you can only check in late afternoon, you can leave the luggage there but when I asked the staff if I could use a public bathroom they’re they refused. Personnel even told me they don’t speak English. Didn’t help me cause I wanted to cancel the booking because they said every day need to check out at 10 am with everything out even if you stay more days so I wanted to cancel it. They told me to contact directly trip, but trip was saying to talk to them then staff said don’t speak English. I ended up staying one night but never again. Plus the area in the night looks a bit dangerous and many weird bars there. Day time is okay good location but evening gets weird. I don’t suggest it, specially because you have to check out every morning at 10 and also because staff not friendly. Not letting me go to the restroom and saying they don’t speak English when they do.

It's a great location and good for solo travelers. However, if you are sensitive to light and sounds, it will be very difficult for you to stay there. Also, there is no AC or fan in the capsule, please keep that in mind.

Location is great. The only drawbacks would be you need to checkup 10am everyday even you stay more than 1 night.

Wouldn’t recommend this place. Didn't know it was a communal when booking and the fact I had to store my luggage on a separate level, showers were on a different level, and had to leave the hotel between 10-14:00. I stayed one night and booked a different hotel even though it was a non refundable reservation.

Service was good, but cleanlines not good.
