Hotel was well located near a subway station and easy to find. Had a good sleep every night without any troubles. Was very spacious to open up my luggage too

Hotel is clean and not far from train station. Service is good.

A fine place very convenient location, however breakfast can be improved, food all cold.

Highly recommended! I seldom write review but I have to, for this one. I saw this on trip.com , with the price I thought too good to be true: 4 nights for $265 only! I was skeptical about it and went to google and other reviews on *********** , agoda etc. But I couldn’t find any negative review so I decided to take a leap of faith. It’s worth every penny! The location is almost central, close to Tokyo station- on cooling day you can walk 30mins too with good shops and explorations! train or 30mins walk to Ginza, most most importantly: direct Asakusa line to both Narita and Haneda! And the train station is only 5mins away with all convenient stores: Lawson’s, Family Mart, 7-11! The hotel provides free tea and water at the reception, and there’s lockers for self services if you decided to drop bag for exploration after check out before flight. They also provide amenities like cotton buds, razor, hair brush etc all at no cost! There’s also a super good laundry shop with coins exchange machine 4 mins walk away. Great cleanliness! Good counter staffs! Would definitely go back again!

-Great location. Near the train station, has multiple convenience stores, restaurants and shops nearby. Can even see Tokyo Skytree on my window. -Maintains Cleanliness -Helpful Amenities. Has coin washers + dryers, vending machines, ice dispenser, microwave, free coffee and can even borrow manga. -Staffs are nice and can speak English. Day to night frontdesk availability. -Good value for money

Booked 4 nights in single room. Room is clean and tidy, everything is equipped. Microwave at 4th floor and free coffee corner at lounge. Self use lockers at entrance, really appreciate! Alt day room cleaning, new towels will be hanged on yr room door even on non cleaning day. 人形町 exit A5 with walking distance 5 min. A6 exit with lift suitable for large lugguage. Another choice is walking to 水天宮stn with 5~8 min. 7-11 just beside hotel. You will see Family mart and Lawson if walking from A5 exit to hotel. Aeon mini supermarket nearby 小網神社，walking towards 水天宮站 direction.

Although room is only standard small Tokyo hotel, it included almost everything. Nearby have a lot restaurants at affordable price. Metro station is not far away. Staffs are helpful. It offer wonderful breakfast which fit my taste.

all good, 5 star, we are really happy stay there, and will come back again next time

Hotel was close to the metro station which connects directly to both airports. About 30 minutes to Shibuya. The hotel had lockers for you to leave you luggage is needed. Rooms are small but I could still open up my suitcase on the floor.

It has everything a traveller might need, from laundry facilities to toiletries & the location is good (near the train station) but the room is rather small

Excellent service. Easy to get to from Haneda airport, Tokyo train/railway. Free luggage locker. Got microwave, iron and free WiFi

This cozy hotel is very close to Ningyocho station. It is about a 5 min walk from the A5 metro exit. Rooms are small but that seems to be normal in Tokyo. My room was very clean. Everything I needed was available. There is also some laundry service on my floor but I didn't use it so I can't tell you much about it. Grab your toothbrush, razors and green teas by the 1st floor elevator because they aren't in your room. There aren't many amenities like a gym or pool but I didn't need or want it as I travelled solo and only stayed one night.

The room was a little bit tiny, but i heard that it's common(business hotel) size in tokyo. The cleanness was satisfying and also there were 3-4 of convenience store nearby the hotel, so i could buy food easily every night. The staff was also kind.
