Great location, great breakfast, room too small with weird diagonal layout make it looks even smaller; only one laundry machine for entire 40+ rooms?!

The location is incredibly convenient for getting around. The subway station is just diagonally opposite, making it super easy to access any part of the city. Plus, there's a delicious eel restaurant right next door, and you'll find plenty of convenience stores in the vicinity.

Nice hotel very close to akasaka station. Amenities are very nice and good quality. Room size is very good for the price. Area is nice and quiet yet convenient.

The hotel has everything you can imagine. All facilities from tea, slippers, bathrobe to hairdryer, toothbrush and much more are available for free. Luggage transport service was provided. The location in a quiet area but very close to the metro station is really convenient. We chose a room at the top floor and the size was very comfortable for Tokyo. Would like to go back.

Overall is great; cleanliness, staff, location, facilities, amenities. My only problem is their carpet, or air vent, or something, made my allergic rhinitis exacerbated.

Location is superb.. just a few step to akasaka station, family mart n coffee shop.. no complaint

I was on the first floor of the annex, and the windows didn't open, which was frustrating. It would be nice if there was a sign that said "windows don't open."

Extremely disappointing! I've stayed at Fresa Inn at least ten times, but this was my first time staying at this one in Akasaka. The moment I entered the room, I saw the curtains were covered in stains! I had to ask the front desk to replace them. Then, on the third day of my stay, when the room was cleaned, I came back to find a comb covered in hair that someone else had used on the table, and a towel lying on the floor! I was disgusted! Absolutely awful!

The room was normal and nothing happened. The hot water in the shower came out quickly, which was nice. The tsukemen restaurant nearby was so delicious that I wanted to go back. I'd definitely like to go there again when I stay here.

It's more spacious than other Fresa Inn or Toyoko Inns, and the toiletries are very well-stocked. The subway station is just across the street, which is very convenient. Overall, it's great value for money.
