The hotel was clean and tidy. The front desk staff were incredibly patient and helped me print my travel tickets. The surrounding area is very convenient for dining, shopping, and transportation, with a supermarket nearby on the ground floor. The breakfast was rich and varied. Both the subway and bus stations are very close.

The hotel boasts excellent service and a fantastic location, with a subway station, free Disney shuttle, and airport shuttle all easily accessible. It's a quiet place to stay, and having a supermarket and restaurants right downstairs is incredibly convenient.

Great location, with lots of delicious food options right outside, and convenient transportation. They've also resumed the airport shuttle service, which I really appreciate. The service, as always, is genuinely good. Plus, there's a large supermarket downstairs!

Great hotel with free shuttle to disney, nearby metro station and provide paid airport shuttle bus. Big room with bath tub, come with Pola’s shampoo, cosmetics trial pack. Welcome drinks in the bar with tokyo tower view! 😍

Its just nice to have a good stay in hotel east 21 tokyo. Room is big, washroom also comfortable. Recommended.

We were traveling with our kids, and the hotel was beautiful, clean, and hygienic. It was super convenient to pop downstairs for shopping, with a huge supermarket and a pharmacy right there. Breakfast was also fantastic! We'd definitely choose this place again!

The service at this hotel is the kind that's outwardly polite but actually cold and impersonal, typical of some Japanese establishments. On top of that, the location is quite inconvenient; there isn't even a subway station nearby. The carpet by the elevator on the first floor was incredibly dirty, which really didn't feel like being in Japan.

The hotel offers a shuttle service to the subway station, which is very convenient for getting around. The airport bus goes directly to the hotel, saving you the hassle of dragging your luggage on the subway. There are also supermarkets and drugstores nearby, and plenty of dining options.

Stayed for two nights, it was excellent! They have a pool, which I unfortunately didn't get to use due to lack of time.

Old hotel but it has good upkeep. Reasonable price for the room and much spacious than other hotels in city area. Long walk to train station but still doable. Many restaurants around the hotel. Big river near the hotel too

The hotel is well furnished, good service, location is in residential area, with free shuttle service to metro and Disney. We appreciate the journey.

I stayed at Hotel 21 east . From the 2nd August to the 6th August with my two boys 14 and 16 years old . I must say this Hotel has double standards and can be very expensive which can not understand . I,ll explain ,My children 14 and 16 years are classed as adults in this hotel so breakfast and lunch full payment . The pool which is in the pictures from the brochure is extra to use. £35 extra per person this cost £105.00 pounds 10 am till 5.00 pm and then you would have to pay again. if you wanted to go for an evening swim . Which I think is a RIP OFF ! . The Gym which is also an extra payment,At the same hotel has a different rule about age.Your not aloud to use the gym if under 18 years old because the hotel gym classes you as a child if your under 18 . I can,t even escort my boys in the gym .To allow them to have a work out. .I spoke to reception just a straight NO back . This was extremely frustrating I asked to speak to another manager and was told one was available . A small coffee cost £8 Pound in the lobby. Cleaning didn't make the room on the last night . There,s a demolition site opposite the hotel drilling through out the day this should have been in the information before booking . There was night road works which started at 9 pm and went on till 6 am in the morning drilling through the night . I work for an airline and travel for work .Have never had this poor customer service before . I won,t be returning to this hotel and of your going to book this hotel read the small print very carefully . Yours Mike Taylor .

Clean hotel, respectful staff. Double room space is not small but not big. Grocery , restaurant , coffee shop with access to the hotel.

Dated rooms and about 12 minute walk from the nearest subway station, but right by a bus stop. Excellent offering of amenities for bathing as well as an air conditioner, smart TV and free wifi. Room was impeccably clean and quiet.
