Good value clean hotel. Location is good but not amazing, roughly 10 minute walk to a metro station. Big bathroom for a Japan hotel.

Great location, near a pretty busy area especially at night. Bathroom was large and had a separate part for the shower. Rooms were quiet too.

This hotel was a lot nicer than I was expecting. The location is perfect for Kabukicho night life. The staff were extremely helpful. The room is small, but I was able to open my giant luggage at the foot of the bed. I would definitely stay here again.

The room is too small than which I booked before in Japan, even can not open my luggage easily.

Location is about 10 mins walk from metro subway, If you don't mind abit of walking then this is a good place to explore. Overall location was good, very near shinjuku area with plenty of things to buy and eat.

Great, clean hotel in the heart of Shinjuku. Nicely remodeled, very small rooms, staffed with very attentive employees. Genuinely a solid, well priced Western-style hotel. But...my one note to travelers is that this area is surrounded by "love hotels" which sounds sketchy, but is not...and the prices to "stay" (aka, spend the night vs "rest" for a few hours) is significantly lower than this traditional hotel. The hotel is nice, but next time, I will just check into a "love hotel" and save $30-40.

The rooms have interesting and pretty coloured themes. It’s a little further behind kabukicho. The room also feels very compact and cozy. Has everything you need for a stay.

Superb hotel in Tokyo, the hotel made our stay excellent! Location is 10 min walking to many metro and train lines with great connections to most Tokyo areas. It is near the 'red light district' but we had no issues with that, seemed safe all over. Good restaurants close by too, but the best are near shinjuku station. After visiting multiple places in Tokyo I realized shinjuku is the best for tourists anyway. The hotel room was very comfortable, clean and QUIET. It had enough space, and the bathroom was huge. Staff perfect.

Close to kabuki-chi! Staff are nice and helpful. Standard room is a bit small but make sense with what I have paid.
