Great location!! Friendly staffs and the rooms are newly renovated,everything are just perfect. We enjoyed our stay.

The location is excellent if you want to enjoy night life of Shinjuku especially the park however it is abit far from the main train station. Most importantly the room is very very very small, you can even open up your luggage.

Good location, metro station is right below the hotel and it’s just a couple minutes walk to the shopping district in Shinjuku. Great view from hotel room as well

Location is wonderful and convenient. You can go everywhere without umbrella. The room is nice and the view is good

I extended our stay in Tokyo and was pleased to find a discounted rate on TRIP.com I booked the double deluxe room with 2 twin beds. The room is bigger than typically most rooms. Room had a long table perfect for getting ready to put make up and also had a long bench too. The hotel is connected to the Seibu-Shinjuku station and had it’s own elevator for the Pepe mall which has Muji, GU and CanDo 100yen store. Location is great and the housekeeping service is good!

The room is very small and but everything is all good. We are very happy

We chose this hotel for its convenient location and the view of the room. Right in Kabukicho Shinjuku, we found many shops and restaurants easily. There is a convenient store right in the opposite side of hotel entrance. We could see the popular Godzilla from the window of our hotel room. The room is small and the price was a bit high during our stay, but you got almost everything you need in this tiny room. The room spray offered is a good idea after having yakiniku!

Good location, lots of food around the hotel with mcdonald’s just opposite. There are also 7/11, Lawson, Family Mart very nearby. Slight walk to the train station but it’s enjoyable as there are many things to see on the way. Room is clean and comfortable. Size of room is small but enough to open one large luggage, suitable for single traveller. View of godzilla from the room.

If this is your first timer to Japan and you really hope to explore different areas/ attractions as much as possible then definitely wouldn’t suggest for this hotel!! There is a train station next to hotel but it is not a main line; the more frequently used train station is the Shinjuku for sure; however being the most complicated train station in the world it has more than 200 exits, you will find yourself lost in the station all the time. Imagine after a tiring 20k steps a day and you have to spend half an hour walking to find the exit, is really just so near yet so far. The check in staffs are good with English and is really friendly, room cleaning lady is very nice as well. However the level 1 reception staffs are very unprofessional and rude (fake).
