Excellent service staff especially Miss Fujita mending the checkin counter. She has been very friendly, helpful by providing us with a lot of information, explained in detail about the hotel facilities and even recommended us to some site seeing locations in Asakusa. Hotel is in a very strategic location within the heart of Asakusa, accessible by 2 metro line, with great 7-11 just a few steps away from the hotel. Definitely going to repeat our stay there in the future.

Aman Tokyo sets a new standard for exceptional hard products. Despite a mishap on our first night when we returned from dinner to find our room uncleaned, the front desk manager promptly apologized and offered complimentary drinks. The head of housekeeping also personally apologized at breakfast and showered us with thoughtful gestures like a fruit platter and free laundry. Subsequently, our stay was faultless. Aman Tokyo also boasts stunning design and architecture and a strategic location near Otemachi station, Tokyo station, the Imperial Palace, and Ginza. Its awe-inspiring atrium leaves a lasting impression. The generously sized rooms, starting at 70 square meters, feature high ceilings throughout, with unforgettable views of the imperial gardens from the bed. Even the retractable TV showcases its thoughtful design, providing guests with an unobstructed view of the Tokyo skyline. The hotel's farewell was equally remarkable. Providing a complimentary hotel car transfer to Tokyo station, while being escorted by another staff member who went the extra mile to purchase our tickets, carry our luggage to the platform, store our luggage on the train and brought us to our seats. Undoubtedly, this luxury at Aman Tokyo comes at a price. However, delivers the sought-after wow factor for which its rates command. After all, Tokyo is one of the most expensive cities in the world. From the grand lobby to the inviting pool and spacious rooms, the hotel impresses on many levels. Managing expectations is, however, key. It would be unrealistic to expect the usual Aman-type of service commonly associated with their other properties whose room counts are a lot smaller. While the initial mishap was regrettable, the subsequent personalized attention and meticulous service surpassed expectations for a city hotel with 80 rooms. Whether this was due to the initial mishap or reflective of their usual standards remains unknown, warranting another stay on my next visit to Tokyo.

Good location which near MTR station (6min walk) Nearby have many restaurants and open till late Self check in process is easy and good Staff and supportive and willing to help Price reasonable but room a bit small

The hotel is very clean and comfy, even though it is a bit far from the town but the price is respectively low which I should have no complaints. We had a pleasant stay and will definitely go back if we are flying from Haneda again. The hotel offers free shuttle to Haneda airport too. Lovely.

A bit outside of Shinbuku but still very good connections. Has own Hilton Bus to Shinbuku station, which is really useful. Fitness, Sauna, small Onsen and pool were very nice, not very new renovation but we liked it a lot. Executive Lounge was a bit disappointing, because nothing really special and every day more or less the same. We missed some good Sushi or longer opening times. We enjoyed our stay anyway.

Me and my parents stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. In general the hotel was very nice and the staff were very accommodating.The bed was big but aircon was not cold even when we sdjusted the temp. to 18 degrees celsius it was still hot.The food was not bad but very limited choices

Good location and very fast access from Shinjuku station, Japan. Many amenities nearby which make the hotel a very good venue. Price of the hotel is also very reasonable. Will Likely booked again when visit Tokyo again.

Ia memenuhi sepenuhnya keperluan saya apabila saya kembali ke hotel untuk mencuci dan tidur selepas berjalan di bandar di Tokyo. Ia sangat mudah untuk melakukan perjalanan dengan menaiki pelbagai laluan kereta api bawah tanah atau bas. Di tingkat bawah terdapat seisi keluarga dan semua jenis makanan yang lazat, jadi anda boleh makan dan minum pada bila-bila masa. Walaupun ia mengambil masa kira-kira 7 minit untuk berjalan kaki dari Stesen Shinjuku, ia agak menyusahkan untuk menolak beg pakaian apabila anda keluar di penghujung, tetapi segala-galanya adalah sempurna. Saya bercadang untuk tinggal di sini lain kali saya datang ke Tokyo. By the way, biji kopi percuma kat bawah tu okay, lepas ni kami kat Tokyo😀

Saya memilih hotel ini pada hari terakhir perjalanan saya ke Tokyo untuk menaiki Skyliner ke Lapangan Terbang Narita. Ia sangat dekat dengan Stesen JR Nippori Keluar dari pintu keluar timur (ada lif) dan belok ke kanan dan belok kiri ke balai bomba dan lintas jalan Teruskan berjalan sehingga anda melihat 711 dan berjalan lebih jauh Pintu masuk hotel berada di sebelah kanan. I think the location of the hotel is a bit faraway from Tokyo JR Station. If you are travelling to Tokyo by JR, you may have to walk for almost 15mins with the luggage to the hotel. Otherwise, everything is quite good.
