Spacious room.But overpriced.Food and beverages is overpriced as well.Asahi 1pint for 1000 over yen is too much.NO BELLMAN SERVICE FOR LUGGAGE HANDLING IS A VERY DOWNFALL FOR T MOST HOTEL IN JAPAN.JAPAN REALLY GONE MAD ON HOW THEY PUT THEIR HOTEL RATES NOT ACCORDINGLY UP TO THE LEVEL. Front desk staff Adelia speaks very well and clear english while t ohers was so so only.During my checked in this one girl with short hair dont even understand my question when i ssked what type if breakfast they serves!She replied me with breakfast time!Meeting someone who can speak English fluently is lucky here in Japan :/ We’ll ended up bought our breakfast for 3 night at t family mart near t hotel.More worth it! Coffee machine not always placed outside.Saw it out once during my check in time and that is my first and last drink it.Housekeeping not cleaning t room properly.left t beers cans and some garbage under t table inside t room instead.I put it there but they not clean it.Overall was fine.Just not gona stay here for t second time.

It’s a very nice and decent place to stay for four nights. It’s close to subway, and other bus stops. Close to fish market and teamlab planet too . Will stay again , cheers

Hotel conveniently located on top of the station. Room was compact but clean. Wifi and wired connections were good also. Shower power was good . Has a cafe at the entrance that helps in case of breakfast. Staff is very helpful and attentive to inquiries in person or by phone. I felt the isolation through windows were not the best as I felt the cold sleeping on the window side despite the heating system. There are some eateries around so eating is not a problem. Good for business people on a budget.

體驗到了日本服務行業的精細化服務，辦理入住手續時，在交流比較順利的前提下，前台工作人員還是特意用手指重複了我的入住天數，不同於其他有些酒店前台工作人員對外國住客的特殊神態，這家酒店的全體工作人員（前台，餐廳，行李寄存等）都體現了真誠待客的姿態。機場來往有直達大巴，去迪士尼也有專車，雖然離最近的地鐵站要走7,8分鐘，但周邊巴士線路也多，用谷歌地圖搜尋巴士線路的話會顯示巴士到站的時間，交通很方便。房間面積在日本算是比較大的。從最近的地鐵站（附件有一家網紅的鯛魚燒店）到酒店的路上有好幾家餐飲店，有拉麪店（進去了2次），酒店下面有一家壽司連鎖店，以後會考慮和家人一起再入住。 下訂單時在“特殊要求”欄註明了“希望是能看到天空樹的房間”，還真給我的是此房型，房間窗户正對着天空樹。

The location is good. It’s right next to a large mall with a supermarket. There is also a Lawson right next to it. Not only that, but it iis only an 10 minute walk away from the train station. Our room was pretty small but there was a closet which made it more convenient to organize. The bathroom is renovated but the sink outside is very old. The worst part about the hotel was that there was a sewage smell coming from the bathroom sometimes.

New (2020), small hotel 5 minutes walk from Kinshicho Station. Very convenient for access to Narita Airport and also quite good for access to Haneda airport. Entire hotel no-smoking. Room slightly larger than standard Tokyo business hotel. Spacious bathroom with shower. Decent desk and chair. Very fast internet. Good coffee (free) and an assortment of pastry for breakfast (free but not necessarily my taste). Hotel very clean and staff very friendly. One thing to consider: this hotel is in an entertainment district with some adult bars close by. But for me this was not an issue and area overall feels quiet and less 'adult' compared to Roppongi or Kabukicho. I will definitely stay there again.

初めて降りたった東西線南砂町駅。そこから小道を進むとありました綺麗な建物。おしゃれな研修施設がコンセプトのホテル。ダイワハウス系列。部屋は、落ち着いた雰囲気で好印象。住宅地にあるため騒音も無くぐっすり過ごすことが出来ました。朝食は、和、洋、サラダから選べるお膳システム。また、お菓子やカップラーメンなどの商品はフロント近くに無人販売があり。アメニティは部屋に備え付けは無く、ロビーからとるシステム。 意外にも、東京の相場よりも安い価格。また泊まりたいホテルです。

Номер крохотный и грязновато, под кроватью были пустые пластиковые бутылки от предыдущих гостей. Уборки не было за 5 дней ни разу. Мусор не выносили тоже. Недалеко от метро, рядом есть магазинчики, кафе, модно пешком добраться до крупного Торгового центра. Для непритязательных туристов норм, сама бы в следующий раз не остановилась тут.

Location is near train/metro station with lots of restaurants and shopping malls around. Staff were very hospitable. Although we booked a smoking room, they were able to provide us a non-smoking room with the condition that we may have to switch to smoking room few days later if booking becomes full. Grateful that we didn’t need to. Breakfast buffet was okay; could be better if the choices were rotated/changed more frequently. Spouse and son loved the availability of soft drinks. There’s an ice machine and a microwave in the 2nd floor across the breakfast buffet restaurant along with couple of vending machines. Love the different bathroom amenities/toiletries available at the lobby especially the make-up remover, face wash, face mask and serum for me and bath bombs/additives for my son. Although we booked a full room, it was spacious enough for the three of us with 3 large suitcases and a carry-on size. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Superb modern hotel. Suite was big enough, not sure about other rooms. Location fine for us, lots of restaurants around, beside Hotel restaurant which looked fine. We only had a day there, but wished we’d booked more.

離地鐵不遠，走路10分鐘以內，交通還算便利，去秋葉原淺草寺和東京塔都不遠，晚上從東京迪士尼回來也有直達的班車。就是房間有點小，感覺很局促。酒店住客基本都是歐美人。
