Hotel berhampiran Marunouchi, Tokyo

Close to Tokyo station. Less than 10 mins walk. Has happy hour at lobby cafe from 4pm to 9pm with refreshments like soft serve ice cream, drinks and nuts. Look forward to chilling out after a long day. We took the connecting room and it was really small. The good thing is each room has its own bathroom. Hot spring is a bonus. Great to experience this in the hotel. The amenities like facial mask, body lotion, pillow gallery etc at the lobby was very useful. Helps to make ou stay more enjoyable.

We spent 5 very comfortable nights in this well appointed hotel. Our flight arrived at 6am and we got to Tokyo by about 9am and the beautiful receptionist was so welcoming to to weary travellers. We were able to store our backpacks and have a cool drink before heading out to explore Tokyo. We chose to have breakfast somewhere different every day however breakfast is available in this hotel if you wish. We would definitely stay here again not just because of its proximity to everything and the lovely amenities but because of the cleanliness and attention to detail of the Cleaners and the helpful and kind Reception staff

I recently stayed at the KOKO Hotel for four nights during my trip to Tokyo, and I had a fantastic experience. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, just a 10-minute walk to both the Ginza subway station and the Tokyo JR station. This made it easy to travel to popular destinations like Fujikawaguchiko, Atami, Warner Bros. Studio Tokyo, and Narita International Airport. The neighborhood is lively, with plenty of great restaurants open late into the night, as well as convenience stores for late-night snacks. This was perfect for satisfying any cravings after a long day of exploring. As for the hotel room, it was compact, which is typical for Tokyo, but it was perfectly suitable for two people. The hotel is relatively new (only one year old), so everything was clean and well-maintained. The staff were welcoming and showed great hospitality throughout my stay. One highlight was the lovely lobby and common area on the ground floor, which provided a nice space to relax. I also appreciated the free amenities available for guests to pick up as needed. Overall, my stay at KOKO Hotel was excellent. The combination of a great location, cleanliness, and friendly service makes it a fantastic choice for anyone visiting Tokyo.

The location is really good, just need a bit walk from JR station, and there are stop nearby by different Metro line, thus is pretty convenient, love the location. The room is spacious for single traveller as its with 16sqm and it's newly renovated. The only 2 things I have concerns is the water volume from the shower is a bit weak in general but it's water pressure is OK. The other thing is the lift is accessible to anyone as it doesn't requires a room key to go to your floor, so it looks like that is not that secure for the guest.

The hotel was very good and much better than anticipated. ReFA facilities were very convenient and room had a very clean bedsheet. The only thing is window had no view, only some other wall 😢

On day of check-in, front desk missed out one of my rooms in booking! It was lucky i spoke enough Japanese to clear it up. I didnt check on their English proficiency though. Trip.com also replied me promptly on chat with the reservations number to clarify with the staff. I managed to check-in smoothly after which. Staff were friendly and greets you everytime you enter or leave the hotel. Hotel is at a great location, less than 5 minutes to JR Keiyo line that brings you straight to Maihama Station for Disney, and on Hibiya Line that goes to Ginza and Ueno. Various buses around 5min distancr that can go to Tokyo station, Tsukishima, etc. I walk to Ginza area in 15min. There is a Lawson, FamilyMart and a small supermarket in close proximity. Room was small for a compact twin, but comfortable for me as i was a Single user. I cannot fully open my 28inch luggage though. The bed and pillow were comfy and i slept well daily. The hotel has one of the best laundry machine i used! There is a function to wash and dry in the same machine so you dont have to come back and check on it. However if you have too many clothes, you will need to add more time to the drying. Bad point is that there are only 2, so if somebody just put it in, you would have to wait for a long time. Overall, i would choose this hotel again due to the great location.

the room is very small and only fit one person. bathroom very small too. pretty clean however if you stay 2 nights they do not clean the 2nd day. they clean room only every other day. however they will give you clean towels and hang on your door. the location is not central but hotel is a 5 min walk next to a metro station. there is also a Daiso next to metro which is great. most items are only 100 yen. I gave the hotel 3 stars for service because I find some Japanese hotels have unusual early check out time (10:00am). they are also very inflexible and do not give out late outs without charging extra fee. 10:00 is an hour earlier than most hotels worldwide. in china for example checkout tine is usually 12:00 noon. and they usually can allow later check out time with no extra fee. I hope Japanese hotels will give later check out times.

The hotel is close to some metro stations which you can easily use to reach many tourist places but could be closer. The room has almost everything one could need: a refrigerator, a big TV, an AC, even a hair dryer and an air purifier, it wasn't big but enough space for one me and my luggage. The bathroom is a combined bathroom which may be unfortunate if there is more than one person living in the room. The bath was too small but good enough to take a shower. The bathroom had a TOTO toilet (the one that washes one's ass) which I came to like. The room cleaning can be done as often as asked for. 2nd floor has laundry with a washing machine that needs coins to run. On the 1st floor there are several drink machines that sell water, tea, coffee, soda, beer even. Additionally, they allowed me to check-in earlier than the allowed time, I came there almost an hour too early and it was indeed very helpful. Overall, I enjoyed my stay in this hotel.

Lovely staff, great place as it’s close to a train station and not very busy. Only thing I will say is the pillows and bed are very hard, I found it hard on my back and neck. Apart from that, it was really good.
