Very nice hotel, Big room size compared to tokyo standard. Lobby is quite big, Breakfast was also good with decent variety, just a suggestion if they can have no dairy milk also like soy or almond for those who are lactose intolerant or vegan. Subway is just below the hotel and TCAT station is 5 min away if you taking bus from Narita airport. Although we didnt have any lunch or dinner at hotel, they have good menu with many options. Was surprised to see vegetarian options also, that is a rare commodity in Japan.

文華酒店的大門是非常隱蔽難找的，空調哪怕風開到最小也有嗡嗡聲，洗手間沒有任何 遮擋，衹能站在浴缸裏面沖涼，水會噴到浴缸外麪，馬桶是沒有蓋子的，刷牙洗臉的人是可以看到坐在馬桶上的人。早餐的時候哪怕有很多空位，也要耐心等待服務員，慢慢地安排，動作太慢。優點：西餅食物不錯，房間乾淨，景色優美，總的來說不值。早上6-9:00的37樓spa是免費的，酒店附近的街道櫻花爛漫非常美麗。，附近的三越和其他商場逛起來也很方便。早餐選擇沒有想象中的那麼豐富，不過也夠了。

We wanted a hotel right next to Tokyo Station as we were traveling by Shinkansen, and it doesn't get much closer than this. Like many modern hotels in Tokyo located in office towers, the actual lobby isn't on the ground level. This was a little annoying but it is what it is. Our room was spacious as expected, with views of Nihonbashi and the east side. Plenty of room to open up our big suitcases. The chaise longue next to the windows was a comfortable place to spend time on. The bathroom had a large wet room, equipped with a rainshower next to the bath tub. The glass wall meant that one could be in the bathroom and look out not only at the room, but at the rest of Tokyo if curtains were drawn. My main complaint was the shortage of TV channels with English or non-Japanese broadcast. We stayed in local Japanese hotels where they offered more international programming, so why didn't Shangri-La?! Service was otherwise fine, with check-out available via the Shangri-La app on one's mobile phone.

前から気になっていた東京駅八重洲口至近のサービスアパートメント、この類いはアスコット丸の内を何度か利用しており、何となく心構えはできていた。 ・入口からセキュリティは厳重。自動ドアを開けるのもまずモニターに予約者名を伝える必要がある。 ・フロント横にラウンジあり。開放感のあるセンスのよいスペース。コーヒー類は自由に飲めるらしい。 ・バスタブがなくシャワーのみの部屋もあるようで、バスタブ有りで選んだらデラックススイートがそうらしく、入ったらすぐにコンパクトなキッチンとリビングルーム、奥が角部屋になっていてそこがベッドルーム、広いガラス張りの向こうに大丸が入っているグラントウキョウと東京駅八重洲口広場が見える 。この２つの部屋の間にバスルームと洗面、トイレと洗濯機、なんとビューバスになっていた。 ・リビングは広くはないが落ち受ける空間。Wi-Fiが弱いようで通信が時々途切れた。ベッドルームはカーテンを開け放すと大丸から覗かれそう。 ・パジャマは備え付けはないみたい、注文すると持ってきてもらえる。 ・高層階を希望したのだが真ん中より下の階だった。居住者もいるためか、或いは初利用だったからかはわからない。 この手の「ホテルではないがそれっぽい空間」だと承知していれば十分満足できる設え。フロントスタッフの皆さんも丁寧な対応だった。

I stayed here from December 13-17 of 2019 and I did not encounter any problem at all. Front Desk no matter what time of day or night are always very courteous and accommodating and helpful. The housekeepers are VERY KIND in that they LEAVE A FRESH supply of towels, bathrobe etc bundled in a plastic bag every day since I had the “do not disturb” sign those 4 nights! Breakfast menu is awesome! Train station and Family Mart are right outside the hotel and if you walk a block or two there’s a ramen place, 7-11, a grocery and drugstore, as well. Very convenient location!

I had an amazing stay in Tokyo! The location is fantastic, just a stone's throw away from the metro subway, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The room was not only spacious but also impeccably clean, and the big bed provided a comfortable night's rest. I'm already looking forward to coming back and will definitely choose this place again. Highly recommended!

結果的に夜の予定が変更になりましたが、キャンセルせずに利用しました。 人形町も近く、夕飯に困る事もありません。 部屋は一応ダブルみたいで、シングルユースとしては比較的広かったです。 テレビも大きくて向きはともかく良かったです。 枕も二つあり、寝るのには好都合でした。 部屋の鍵は暗証番号方式でオートロックではありません。 チェックアウトが早かったのでフロントは無人でした。 狭いなりにうまく作ってありますね。 欠点というか、隣に首都高が通っており、時々通るうるさい車の音で目が覚めてしまいます。

I stayed in the moderate room with river review for 3 nights with breakfast included. Breakfast is tasty and has big portion. Room view is gorgeous with a big window looking out from the bath tub. Other than the river, u can also see the bridge which is illuminated at night. Room size is great. Bed is comfy. The only complaint is that there is not enough table space to put stuff. There is a very small table by the bed side and a very small table to put kettle and cups. There is room to hang a few items but there are no drawers (no issue for me but others may want drawer space). It is located in a quiet neighborhood, 8-10 mins walk to the subway station and 8-10 mins walk to the TCAT (Tokyo City Airport Terminal). From TCAT, u can take a bus to Narita (55 mins / 2800 yen) or Haneda airport. I would stay here again.

With Tokyo being such an expensive city we were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at Hamacho Hotel, finding it very modern, clean and classy in a lovely location. It certainly exceeded our expectations based on the price we paid! The rooms are small but very modern & functional and perfect for a couple. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful and the hotel restaurant looks good - but we didn’t tried it as it seemed quite European in style and we wanted authentic Japanese. Hamacho hotel is in walking distance from TCat and Hamacho and Suitenguma Metro Stations. The area is quite residential and much quieter than the city centre, but has some lovely restaurants around. It is also close to some of the best Sumo stables. Would highly recommend and will stay here again if we return to Tokyo!

今回９泊の予約をさせて頂きました。コロナでもあったのでとてもリーズナブルなお値段で宿泊できました。ペンション　となっていたので少し心配でしたが、お部屋も広くて、ベットも寝具もとても良かったです。　へやの中は少し古い感じがしました。照明はスタンドしかありませんが、作業用のあかるい照明スタンドは貸出可能です。ほかにも貸出可能なもの・ポット・ＤＶＤプレーヤー・大きなゴミ箱・洗濯干し・追加ハンガー・コップ　アメニティーは2階のフロントにあるので必要なものを頂く感じです。　女性にはクレンジングや化粧水、乳液もあります。ＢＯＤＹタオルもあるし男性用のＧｅｌもありました。今回のパッケージはお掃除が毎日入らなかったので、お掃除のない日はボトル1本お水がプレゼントになります。　ゴミやタオルは毎日お部屋の外においておけば交換してくれます。　へやの中の飾りや案内は手書きのものもありアットホームでした。オーナーさんもとても感じの良い方です。コロナで常時フロントを開けていないのでそこが少し不便でもありますが、特に問題もなくチェックアウトまで過ごせました。　洗濯機があるので　1回300えんで洗濯できます。洗剤は準備してくれています。今回のお値段であれば又是非利用したいです。駅は人形町までは少し歩きますが水天宮前や空港バスのターミナルが近いです。　コンビニは徒歩圏内　バイバスケットというイオン系のスーパーがすぐ近くにあります。　冷蔵庫も小型ですが十分です。　テレビを載せて有る台が台車付きで自由に動かせるので寝るときと机で作業をするとき都度向きを変えてテレビを見ることができてとても良かったです。室内に空気清浄機もあります。早くコロナが終わって外国人のお客様でにぎわうといいなと思います。

離酒店最近的電車站🚃是都營新宿線的菊川站，可以直達新宿三丁目（去新宿御苑、伊勢丹新宿本店、迪士尼東京旗艦店及“新宿通”上的LV、蒂芙尼、Levi's、北村寫真機店等都很方便）和新宿。離酒店最近的公交車站🚌是菊川站前，業10公交車🚌可以直達晴空樹、築地、銀座四丁目、新橋，交通還算方便。酒店設施就是日本快捷酒店標準，中規中矩，有壁掛式空調，馬桶🚽非智能。住了13晚，不到4200元，性價比高！電車🚃菊川站和公交車🚌菊川站前附近有maruetsu🏪大型超市、麥當勞、華人超市和一眾食肆。

I booked a shared room with this hotel. What I love about this hot hotel is that it is very near the Subway Station, there are a lot of restaurants around and a lot of convenient store as well. The front office staff is professional and polite. I was just surprised when the towel is not included and you need to rent one for a 100 yen, but it is not a big deal since it is my first time to try a dormitory type of accommodation. I love this place so much.

Location: Excellent. Not in a busy area but surprisingly in a residential neighborhood with a few single family stand alone houses and a few apartments. They were actually finishing a 5-6 story apartment building across the street but the window insulation was so good that I couldn't hear anything. Oh, and there was a temple next door but no traffic to it that I could see. It's an under 5 minute to 2 subway station entrances and there are lots of convenience stores and small restaurants within a block or two. You can just eat there or take the subway to anywhere else so the location is really good. Quiet: There are only 2 units per floor. It was relatively quiet. We couldn't hear anyone else through the windows or floors but we could occasionally hear people in the stairwell because it was concrete and echoed. Only one negative thing happened was that on the last day the HVAC unit above the bed started ticking loudly and there wasn't anything I could do about it so I had to put in ear plugs to sleep. Amenities: They had a washer/dryer, two stove hot plate, utensils and plates, microwave and fridge. Pretty much everything you needed if you wanted to cook instead of eating out and Life Supermarket was a short 10 minute walk away. The toilet and shower/sink were in different rooms so you had to get out and then in the other room to wash after you pooped but then two people could use the facilities separately. The toilet had a slight sewage smell but we noticed that in another hotel we stayed at as well. Not sure if it's a Japan thing. And occasionally you would get a sniff of sewage as well walking past manholes in the street too. Rooms: We got basically a 2 bedroom suite though the bedrooms only had sliding Japanese doors that didn't keep out the light or noise. But it was good enough. I didn't have any problems with myself or others eating outside while I was sleeping. The main dining table was a generous bench with bench seats on both sides. There was also a tatami area which we used to put our open luggage on as an open closet area. There was also a balcony we never used. Overall, most of the space was very usable. It's one of the best hotel spaces I've used in the last 10 years. And everything was clean and fairly new. I would 100% recommend this place. And the staff were very nice and friendly, the best that I've ever met in my life.
