Clean and spacious room. Booked the room with bunk bed, my kid enjoyed sleeping in her own bed. Just behind the shin-nihombashi train station exit 6 (few mins walk, but no elevator at the train station exit). You can also walk about 5min (linked) to Mitsukoshimae station.
GATE STAY is a secure building with pincode for lift and room, and the main door is also locked with pincode after 9pm.
Rooms are cleaned FOC if you stay more than 3 nights. We stayed for 3 nights. They provided sufficient towels (bath towel, hand towels, etc) for 3 nights. Just place them and garbage outside the room for collection in separate bags. There are also sufficient hangers and places to hang clothes.
Service staff assisted us to arrange for luggage transfer service from Tokyo to Osaka.
Overall, the room is beyond expectation and service of staff is fantastic.

Very convenient location between a variety of subway stops, none further than a 10 minute walk—though most don’t have elevators or escalators, so keep that in mind if planning to bring a lot of luggage.
Hotel room was quite small, but clean. Fresh towels and emptying trash everyday, but that’s all. One full room cleaning over the course of 10 days. Staff has limited English abilities, but a willingness to use translation apps to communicate.
No room service, but breakfast was available given enough prior notice. The bed was not great, an odd in between of too soft but also too hard. Overall I enjoyed my stay, but I probably won’t stay again because of the bed.

연식이 있는 호텔이지만 나름 깨끗하게 관리되고 있습니다.
무엇보다 칸다역 접근성이 좋아 도쿄 긴자로 출장기간동안 출퇴근 하기 무척 편리했어요. 나리타에서 오가기에는 우에노도 도쿄도 가까워서 교통은 최고였어요.
프론트도 친절하셔서 청소나 비품 관련으로 여러모로 신경써주셔서 감사했습니다.
다만, 벽이 얇아서 방음에 취약한 점이 머물면서 가장 불편했던 것 같아요. 옆방 침대에 붙어있는 알람 소리에 아침에 깼던 적이 거의 매일이었습니다.
그리고 창문을 열수없어 환기가 아쉬웠고, 어메니티로 섬유탈취제가 없는 곳은 처음이라 불편했습니다.
칸다 특성상 근처에 슈퍼와 드럭스토어가 여러개 있는 건 아니지만, 역 근처에 스기약국이 있고 편의점도 한 블럭 넘어에 있습니다.

It was my seconc stay in Hotel Mystays , the first one was in Kamata last 2018 and the 2nd one was in Kanda at it was always been a great stay. Staffs are polite, the room is always clean and they always do makeup room everyday. I can say Kanda is one of the best location ever for it will only 7 to 10 mins walk from Kanda station. And the location is surrounded by convenient stores and restaurants. I will come back again.

Overall, a nice hotel. The room is fairly spacious and clean. They bathtub is a bit smaller than in some other hotels but overall good. The service is really great at this hotel. The front desk staff were very kind and accommodating. The bed is comfortable and the environment is calm and relaxing.

Saya menempah Hotel Washington kerana ia berhampiran Stesen Shinjuku.
Terdapat juga Hotel Shinjuku Washington ”Annex”, tetapi ia bukanlah hotel dengan pemandangan Bangunan Kerajaan Metropolitan Tokyo, jadi jangan keliru!
Seperti yang dikatakan oleh ulasan, tingkapnya sangat kecil,,, dan biliknya juga kecil.
Jadi, saya sengaja memilih bilik berkembar, yang sekurang-kurangnya sebesar mungkin.
Saiz tingkapnya kecil, tetapi terdapat dua tingkap!
Adakah mungkin untuk bergerak walaupun dengan dua beg pakaian terbuka?
Sangat mengecewakan kerana tingkapnya kecil dan tidak terbuka.
Melihat kepada saiz bilik, saya rasa lebih baik untuk memilih bilik yang besar.
Kalis bunyi tidak bagus, jadi saya dapat mendengar sedikit bunyi dengkuran dari bilik sebelah.

CCarter85Recently just stay at this hotel, location is really good is between Shinjuku and Yoyogi train station, it's also less than 10mins walk to the Shinjuku area for shopping/food. Hotel staff was also helpful and friendly.

1) It's 5 mins ride from Ginza , taxi is about 880 to 12xx yen depends on timing so if you have a few people travelling , taking taxi is a good option.
2)It has 2 metro stations nearby with very short walk. I tried to google actual view for the walk before ibarrived japan and it felt like much longer than it actually is. Both stations are just around the cornor. Daimon station is on Asakusa line, and Onarimon station on Toei Mita line.
3) Many convenience stores nearby and 2 are particularly almost just next to the building with less than a hubdred steps walk i bet.
4) Many eatery around the area too, if ypu are willing to walk down for 10 to 15mins to shinbashi direction, it's a full street of resturants and drinking places run until late.
5) We rented a car for a few days for our driving trip. The hotel offers 24 hrs parking (no hourly rate option although they have the price, guess that hourly price is for dine in customers) for arpund 2500 yen but there are a few open public carpark just outside the hotel where you can park your car for just 500 yen as maximum between 1900 to 0800 ( its perfect for us as we go back late n go out early everyday)
The premise:
1) Not the newest but very well maintained, clean and neat
2) It's extremely close to Tokyo tower, you can take close shot of it when you walk back to hotel. We stayed in even number room which is not facing Tokyo tower side so i bet the Odd number rooms would be able to see it from their window😉
3) There's free nespresso coffee machine at check in lobby, we fueled ourselves with it every morning before we start our joruney of the day
4) Rooms are small but very well design with good utilisation of spaces
5) We booked a 3 bedder room with bunk beds , my kid loves it and got very excited running up and down every night. The bed is with mostly round cornors which is a nice detail that a mom who travel with kid wpuld appriciate
6) Although the rooms are small but they have a reading room on each floor where you can have some private quiet time for yourself if you need so, and the lobby has plenty of comfortable setting where you can bring your computer to work or i think its a great idea when we saw a group of friends drinking there too.
Improvement recommendation:
1) There are 3 shelves in the bathroom , top is for brushing cups, it's better to add something at the edge or a tray to avoid falling of cup as when it's wet , it's easy to slide down. I broke one 😅 as im not tall and the cups were one next to each other, so it's quite easy to have accident breaking it
2) The hotel website can add transportation to and from the 2 airports and other popular destinations as the location is really not bad. It's very helpful for those who are looking at the hotel to make up their mind.
3) The website can also show some reference for taxi cost going to nearby popular tourist destinations for reference of distance , that makes the hotel a more tourist friendly option.
Conclusion: I would recommend the hotel and stay there again.

RRUNALokasi yang baik, betul-betul di sebelah stesen Shinjuku. Bau lobi seakan-akan aroma yang tenang, kebersihan bilik, dan kotoran dan kotoran di sekeliling air yang saya bimbang tidak dijumpai, yang sangat baik! Saya mahu menggunakannya lagi jika saya mempunyai peluang!

HHaohao007Hotel ini mestilah hotel bertaraf bintang lama dengan kemudahan dan perkhidmatan dalam talian. Bilik ini agak besar untuk hotel Jepun. Ia mempunyai ruang yang berasingan untuk meja solek dan bilik jubah, yang sangat bagus. Lokasi hotel bukanlah yang paling dekat dengan kawasan perniagaan, tetapi ia tenang di tengah-tengah kesibukan Jika anda membeli sesuatu di Keio Depar**ent Store, anda boleh menghantarnya ke hotel (dari apa yang tetamu lain katakan ). Terdapat dua kedai serbaneka dalam jarak tiga minit berjalan kaki dari hotel, yang sangat mudah untuk membeli makanan dan minuman. Bas lapangan terbang terus ke pintu hotel, yang bagus untuk saya yang sedikit keliru selepas turun dari pesawat.

YyongdanielIt’s just wonderful to stay in ascott. It is just opposite to otemachi station (find exit C9). Best of all, it has a 24 hour gym, suitable for gym goers / and more importantly business travel.
The room is bigger than most ordinary rooms in Tokyo, with art of state facilities. The staff here are attention, and helpful.
Do consider if you have the extra budget 😊

PPengguna Tanpa NamaHighly recommend anyone who wants to stay in Ginza and wants an onsen within the hotel as well. Can't explain the joy of coming back after a long day of 25k steps and soaking in an onsen. The hotel provides a bathrobe & outdoor slippers (not for room) so you can use that to move about the hotel. The onsen has shower gel, shampoo and conditioner as well, so all you have to do is bring a towel that the hotel also provides. For anyone wondering, the hotel also has a coin operated washer and dryer. Can't remember the exact cost, but one cycle of washing and drying probably amounted to about 300 yen! Worth it to avoid doing laundry at home.
For the room itself, although it is small, with some expert maneuvering, we were able to open up 1 large and 1 small luggage to pack things. The is a typical Japanese sized room aka small, but it's rather functional so it works if you're just looking to get some shut eye. All in all, I recommend this hotel!

MMurahariOnly 10 minutes walk from Ikebukuro Station (Exit North/W) along the way there are several shops including konbinis like Lawson and Family Mart.. there's also an AEON supermarket right next door! Love that this quiet neighborhood has so many facilities next to each other. Infront of the property there's a halal Pakistani Restaurant which adds a bonus for any traveller staying there. Also, the onsen within the property was what attracted me in the first place, Japan isn't Japan w/o a trip to an onsen and having one downstairs in the hotel is a convenient relief after a long day of sightseeing around Tokyo! Will definetly return for future stays!

PPengguna TetamuThis hotel is nicely located not far from Ueno Station and Asakusa, it’s also impeccably clean and newly renovated. The area is safe, quiet, and well lit.
However, when we arrived our assigned room was not the one we booked and we had to accept a lesser room and request a price adjustment from Trip.com, a process that was so long and frustrating that we nearly gave up the entire reservation. The hotel staff tried to help but given that our room wasn’t available, there wasn’t much they could do.
Following our check-in, we rarely saw hotel staff or even a front desk attendant. In summary, this place is good in a pinch but it’s more like a serviced apartment than a hotel so plan accordingly.
