私がホテルを選ぶ際に口コミを見て参考にする項目から評価します。 ・wifi使えるか、wifiの状況 　→PC持って行ってインターネット、スマホからインターネットしたいので 　　この項目は気になるが、問題なく使えるレベル。 　　※パスワードなどはフロントに紙とるか、部屋からフロントに確認すれば良い ・エアコンは個別か 　→各部屋に個別であります。 　　※全館ホテル側で制御的なやつだときついので、これは重要。 ・コンセントの口はたくさんあるか 　→めちゃめちゃある。ベット近くもあるから寝ながらスマホ充電OK。 　　※USBの口ではないので、スマホ充電はUSBコンセント変換器みたいなやつ 　　　を忘れずに持っていこう。 ・作業机は十分か 　→PCで作業するのに十分な机があります。コンセントも近い。 ・駅から近いか 　→かなり近い。歩いて1～2分程度。 　　※改札（改札は一つ）でて、左から降りて、線路沿いに歩けば見えてきます。 ・近くにコンビニあるか 　→近くに100円ローソン、セブンイレブンあり 　　※スーパー、オリジン弁当、小さい居酒屋、郵便局、みずほ銀行ATM 　　　スーパーにATM、駅内とセブンイレブンにセブン銀行ATM。 ・値段は安いか 　→5000円前後だが、go to トラベルが使えるなら安い（ここだけではないが） 　　激安ではないが、安い方だと思う（本当はもう少しだけ安くして欲しい） ・フロントのサービス 　→今はいきつけなので、200点満点ですが、比較的良いほうだと思う。 　　従業員の方によって多少差は出てくるとは思いますが、他の口コミに 　　あるような酷い方は今現在はいないと思う。 ここからは、他の口コミの悪い評価部分にふれてみます。 ・部屋が汚い 　→確かに否定できない。建物は多分元はマンションだと思うけど 　　だいぶ古くなってきています。ただ掃除のおばちゃんのパワーがえぐいので 　　清掃はきちんとされてると思う。 　※綺麗じゃないと嫌だ～って人はアパへ ・電車の音がうるさい 　→そうでもないし、駅ちかの証拠 　※静かなとこで、ゆったりしたい方は、山あいの旅館へ ・浴槽がせまい 　→確かにせまい。ただ他のビジネスホテルも大浴場完備でもない限り 　　ゆっくり足をのばせていい気持ちなんてのは望めない。 　※近くに銭湯あるし、ゆっくり入りたい方は高めの旅館へ 最後に小岩駅（総武線）ではなく京成小岩駅です。お間違えのないように。 ちなみに小岩と聞いて、わくわくする殿方もいるかと思いますが そういった方は小岩駅（総武線）のほうがいいです（笑）

Perfect location, so close to the trains. Lots of dining options in the area and within walking distance to tourist spots. Rooms are clean and fully equipped with microwave and mini fridge. Bathroom is a good size and the tub is perfect for a soak. It was a bit hard to communicate with non english speaking staff when there was some confusion re check in and check out but all in all, it was a good stay. Will book again.

Right off the Oshiage Skytree station (Tobu line) and connected with 2 metro stations, very easy to access across town. Room is big comparing to most Japanese hotel rooms, great view and they have a laundry room on 8/F. Front desk staff were really helpful especially mr. Sato he helped me shipped my luggage to Kyoto and helped filled out the form!! If i'm returning i would definitely consider staying here again!

The hotel is clean, the reception very polite and helpful but the room is very small. It is well located, near the H line of metro, very close to a nice bakery and several restaurants. The hotel offers in the dining room where you can sit and work welcome hot and cold beverages after 14:00 and from 21:00 rice and soups (we did not use it).

Location of the hotel is a bit far from the nearest train station but it is near various places like Sensō-ji, Asakusa Yokocho, Uniqlo, Ichiran, etc. Service by the hotel staffs was very good, they were friendly and helpful, always greet me whenever I leave the hotel during the day and upon returning during the night. The staff at the restaurant during breakfast time was friendly too, the buffet style was great and lots of variety, they were tasty and very filling! Not much facilities in the hotel besides the vending machine, toiletries and ice cubes. Hotel room was pretty clean, the bed, the deska and the toilet too. But I was shocked to see lots of dust clogged at the ventilation hole right above the bathtub, had to move to the back the of bathtub to shower to avoid the dust landing onto me. In conclusion, I may book and stay at this hotel in the near future. Hopefully the ventilation hole above the bathtub will be dust free the next time I visit this hotel.

The location is good. It’s right next to a large mall with a supermarket. There is also a Lawson right next to it. Not only that, but it iis only an 10 minute walk away from the train station. Our room was pretty small but there was a closet which made it more convenient to organize. The bathroom is renovated but the sink outside is very old. The worst part about the hotel was that there was a sewage smell coming from the bathroom sometimes.

Very convenient location. Room was very snug. Barely fit a Queen size bed with minimum walking space. Hotel feels older, but had just the right modern amenities that made the stay more easier. Staff went above and beyond to help us out when we had issues. Would recommend for last minute travelers on a budget.

1) I stayed for 6 days and 5 nights with breakfast, and there were only 3 fixed selection items everyday. However, I felt a bit bored on the third day. If it can be changed to buffet or semi-buffet is much better, there will be more choices. 2) The toothbrush provided by the hotel has a very hard brush head, and the enamel on the teeth will be brushed off even with the slightest force. It takes 3-5 minutes to walk to the subway entrance, and 15-20 minutes to Tsukiji Market and Ginza.
