Location is excellent. It’s next to Tokyo Dome. Good location if you have booked events like baseball or wrestling to watch. There are breakfast and food options nearby like Sizzler, Starbucks and Mcdonalds. Breakfast and food in hotel is a bit expensive. It’s also within 5 to 10 mins walk to Korakuen and Suidobashi JR stations. The only weakness is that the gym is not free. You need to stay in the executive rooms to be free. Otherwise you need to pay about 1600 yen for it. Service is also good. Overall it’s a nice hotel with good service that I don’t mind staying again.

It’s just wonderful to stay in ascott. It is just opposite to otemachi station (find exit C9). Best of all, it has a 24 hour gym, suitable for gym goers / and more importantly business travel. The room is bigger than most ordinary rooms in Tokyo, with art of state facilities. The staff here are attention, and helpful. Do consider if you have the extra budget 😊

Wonderful hotel where even the smallest details have been well thought through. I don't usually write long reviews but I have so many good things to say about this hotel. We stayed here twice during our honeymoon in Japan, for two nights at the start of the trip and three nights at the end. The two rooms we had were both fantastic with amazing views over the Imperial gardens. Every member of staff was kind and friendly, they greeted the guests in such a genuine and warm manner. Breakfast was delicious - we enjoyed the buffet, and the Japanese style breakfast. They serve lots of different teas, coffees, and juices. We had a few shots of the very healthy green juice which was surprisingly tasty! The bar is very chic and it has a long cocktail list. It has a very glamorous aesthetic, with glossy floors and cute tables to enjoy a drink. We had dinner on the terrace on our last night; the food was fabulous. We thought it was quite reasonably priced (we're used to London prices!) for the set menus, with wine pairings. It was well worth the price. The wine is great and we really enjoyed chatting to the sommelier about his speciality, Californian wines. The rooms have lots of storage, and we had two TVs (one in the bedroom, one in the bathroom). We had a bath, and a separate shower cubicle. The loos feature classic Japanese high tech which is quite interesting. We were given pyjamas, slippers, and dressing gowns in our rooms. There were lovely toileteries including a whole set of facial cleansers, toners, and moisturisers, as well as bath oils and salts. We even got some steam eye masks which were so luxurious. They have toothbrushes in case you have forgotten your own! The hotel has easy access to the underground system, and you can walk to the main Tokyo station in around 10 minutes. It's close to lots of shopping centres with cafes and restaurants. There's also a beautiful Starbucks next door - I'd definitely recommend trying the Japanese Starbucks! It's really different from the UK and has some great treats. The concierges are helpful and knowledgable. They booked me in for a wash and blow dry (reasonably priced for a city centre hairdresser at around £26 at the Shisheido salon which uses high quality products). They also arranged tickets for the Tokyo Skytree, and they recommended places to visit and various restaurants. We really relied on their expertise, and they were so generous with their time. All in all, we had an amazing and very memorable experience at this hotel. We hope we'll be lucky enough to return one day again.

This is the most spectacular hotel we have ever stayed in. My husband and I just spent three weeks in Japan for our honeymoon, and we spent our first two nights in Japan at the wonderful Hoshinoya in Tokyo. It was an experience that was unmatched in the rest of Japan! The amount of thoughtfulness and care that goes into every detail is astounding. The rooms are VERY comfortable and gorgeous, and I really enjoyed the shared communal space on our floor to make coffee and get a treat or snack. The onsen is OUT OF THIS WORLD ridiculous, with an open air skylight. AND, the food is delicious and made with all of the detail and flavor you would expect out of Japanese food. We got the Japanese breakfast in our room both days, and splurged on dinner at the restaurant hotel, which was one of the best meals we have ever had. 15/10 recommend this hotel if you can afford it - we would have happily stayed here for our entire trip!

Aman Tokyo sets a new standard for exceptional hard products. Despite a mishap on our first night when we returned from dinner to find our room uncleaned, the front desk manager promptly apologized and offered complimentary drinks. The head of housekeeping also personally apologized at breakfast and showered us with thoughtful gestures like a fruit platter and free laundry. Subsequently, our stay was faultless. Aman Tokyo also boasts stunning design and architecture and a strategic location near Otemachi station, Tokyo station, the Imperial Palace, and Ginza. Its awe-inspiring atrium leaves a lasting impression. The generously sized rooms, starting at 70 square meters, feature high ceilings throughout, with unforgettable views of the imperial gardens from the bed. Even the retractable TV showcases its thoughtful design, providing guests with an unobstructed view of the Tokyo skyline. The hotel's farewell was equally remarkable. Providing a complimentary hotel car transfer to Tokyo station, while being escorted by another staff member who went the extra mile to purchase our tickets, carry our luggage to the platform, store our luggage on the train and brought us to our seats. Undoubtedly, this luxury at Aman Tokyo comes at a price. However, delivers the sought-after wow factor for which its rates command. After all, Tokyo is one of the most expensive cities in the world. From the grand lobby to the inviting pool and spacious rooms, the hotel impresses on many levels. Managing expectations is, however, key. It would be unrealistic to expect the usual Aman-type of service commonly associated with their other properties whose room counts are a lot smaller. While the initial mishap was regrettable, the subsequent personalized attention and meticulous service surpassed expectations for a city hotel with 80 rooms. Whether this was due to the initial mishap or reflective of their usual standards remains unknown, warranting another stay on my next visit to Tokyo.

朝ご飯が美味しかった。枕のサイズと硬さもいい感じです。近くに駅があるのでいろんなところに行く人に便利だと思う。私が泊まった部屋だけかもしれませんが、窓から外の景色が見えなかったのは残念です。風呂場は綺麗でした。シャワーに物足りなさを感じましたが、そこに不満があるのはどのホテルも同じなので気にしない方がいい。朝ご飯無料でとても美味しいのでまた機会があれば泊まろうと思います。

If you like the a quiet and peaceful surrounding but yet accessible to main attraction, you probably like this location at Kudan****a, Its not really at center of Shinjuku but the nearest train station is at Jimbocho station and it will only take 5 mins walk. It will take you one or two stop to reach Shinjuku. there are few convenient store which is next to the hotel: 7 Eleven, Lawson, Family Mart. The room might be small especially if you have family with small kids. But overall is a good hotel

Hôtel situé en face de la JR Suidōbashi Station et à environ 5min de celle du métro, et également à moins de 5 min du Tokyo dôme. Il faut s’enregistrer soi-même et choisir entre reconnaissance faciale ou cartes pour avoir accès à la chambre et aux ascenseurs (la réceptionniste nous a aidé pour cette étape), même chose pour quitter l’hôtel. Notre chambre n’était pas très spacieuse, la literie était assez confortable, la douche et wc impeccable. On avait des cotons-tiges, rasoirs, brosses et brosses à dents en libre service. Le ménage était fait tous les 2 jours. Les petits déjeuners sont très bons, dommage que le choix soit limité il n’y a que 5 choix possibles. Bon hôtel.

I have stayed in quite a few hotels in Tokyo and so the fact that my Double Room in Hotel Villa Fontaine Jimbocho was very small was no surprise. The whole hotel though did not feel welcoming and it was very basic. The lobby was down a floor from the entrance and made the whole thing feel a little closed in, dull and depressing... It could do with a brighten up. My bed was comfortable and the bathroom perfectly functional. The cost was only GB£55 a night so very reasonable for Tokyo. In summary I would not stay here again but it served me well for the two nights business I had in Tokyo. i would not have wanted to stay here more than a couple of nights though.

The hotel is just 5 minutes away from the subway. The receptionists are very welcoming and helpful! The bedroom is very small, tidy and clean. The sharing toilets and showers are spotless! There's a free breakfast from 5 am .Highly recommend 👌

初めてのカプセルホテルでここを選びました！ 口コミ、写真など見て、ギリギリまで悩みましたがここなら安心かなと思いました。 実際、女性は専用エレベーターがある男性が入れないようになっているため、安心して利用できました。 お風呂場とロッカーが一緒になっていて、いつでもシャワーを浴びることができると思います。 SALONIAのドライヤーがありました。 ロッカーは、中くらいのキャリーを入れることができて、セキュリティーも、カードで開ける形式で設備されており、安心でした！(大きいキャリーも棚をあげれそうだったので、はいると思います。) 少しほかのカプセルよりは高いですが、ホテルよりは安くとまることができたので良かったです。 【アメニティー】 歯ブラシセット 大小のタオル1枚ずつ、足元のタオル シャワールームにシャンプー、リンスー、ボティーソープ(リンスーは沢山使ってやっと機能) 部屋着(上下) カプセル内ものマットレスも枕も寝心地良かったです☆ 目の前にファミリーマートもあり、駅近でもありました！

My daughter and I stayed here for 5 nights on our first trip to Tokyo. It was fabulous! Beautifully designed with attention to detail; comfy beds with nice linen; friendly reception and cafe staff. We had a green/peach room and it was great to come back to every evening after exploring Tokyo. Good value and a design classic - loved it!

- Great location, next to the JR station, near from most of the places, so it was very easy to get around - Everything is very clean (including toilets, sinks etc.) - the rooms I stayed in was a 4 person room but had only 1 other person staying, so it was pretty comfortable. - lockers ✅ - small kitchen ✅ On the other hand - bed sheets was a bit weird (did not have a blanket cover, rather they gave me a bed sheet to cover myself and put the blanket on top, which was quite uncomfortable - a bit noisy at night. Since it’s on the main street there was some noise of police/emergency coming in - I feel like the hostel foxuses more on group visitors so not a great place for meeting other travellers.

本好きの方は絶対に気にいるホテルです。ロビーも明るくて、たくさんの本に囲まれて、楽しいです。各階のエレベーター前にも本棚があり、各階のテーマに沿って本が配列されています。各部屋の本棚や枕もとにも、軽めの本が並んでいます。部屋は清潔でとても広い！　熟睡できる良いベッド。タオルも上質。ちなみに、支配人のmoonさんも本も読ませていただきました。
