The hotel WiFi (Free or ultimate) doesn’t not reach all the bedrooms. Stayed for 2 nights and had no WIFI, not ideal when we had work to do and our daughter schoolwork. I complained to reception who were absolutely no help (contact head office). I contacted head office, its shut at weekends. Final outcome after complaining, they are sorry, no compensation, not even a free breakfast. Head office for premier clearly do not understand customer satisfaction, a token free breakfast would have been nice for the hassle. In the end i had to pay £10 to buy more data on my phone and tether - this was not the best as it was still slow across multiple devices - premier inn refused to reimburse me for the cost. The hotel was also noisy with the pub next door and people chatting outside all night - next to your room if you are unfortunate enough to get a ground floor room.
