Hotel 5 Bintang Terbaik di Tonglu

房間超級大！！！衞生間有兩個洗水台，滿足家庭需求。還有一個大浴缸，孩子們很開心。 房間裏自帶滑滑梯和鞦韆，小帳篷，房間裏就可以玩的很開心。 房間有獨立的換衣區、門廳、寫字枱！！儲物空間也很強大。 關鍵是國慶期間價格美好！！前台很客氣，笑臉服務。早餐因為有兩個孩子，125那個沒有單獨收費了，很客氣，寶寶衹吃了一個包子，但是讓人覺得很客氣。 必須加入收藏，除莫幹山安吉之外的週末度假勝地。 地理位置佳，有機器人可以送外賣。

總體滿意，下次會再來的。 先説優點：房間樓層高（住的是27樓），視野好，窗外可以遠眺大山，早上起來望去，山頂雲霧繚繞。圖片是晚上窗外夜景。房間大，衞生間大，有浴缸和淋浴房。問前台要了一次性浴缸套，孩子泡澡玩水。樓上有游泳池和健身房，但是我們沒有帶泳衣，就沒去。酒店門口有魚塘，等車的時候可以餵魚，網約車挺好打的，來的很快。電視節目不用付費。服務好，前台、客房服務、早餐餐廳服務都挺好的。 個人覺得有待改進的地方：酒店沒有自助洗衣房，衹有付費的洗衣服務，這點不太方便，可能是因為五星級酒店的逼格在那裡？衞生間的水龍頭是冷熱兩個旋鈕，用起來不方便，手上擦了香皂很難擰動，這個設計得不好

終於來到了心心念唸的桐廬。很早就鎖定了駿悦酒店，特地預訂了江景房，就是為了欣賞美麗的富春江。酒店的裝修風格非常符合我的審美觀。房間很大很乾凈，床品舒服，洗澡水大，空調給力，wifi速度快，服務温馨。賓客服務經理宋怡琳不但長得漂亮，而且説話温柔，仔細介紹了酒店的設施以及周邊景點，幫我們選了舒服的乳膠枕。管家王家紅為我們準備了水果和甜湯。地下停車場停車方便，前台領取停車券，住店客人免費停車。安保鄭繼坤還幫我們洗了車，實在太貼心了😊。在走廊裏遇見保潔阿姨，也會熱情打招呼，讓人感覺賓至如歸。在房間裏一邊喝着咖啡，一邊欣賞富春江和桐君山美景，好不愜意！下次來桐廬，駿悦酒店還是我的不二選擇✌🏻！

Hôtel was very nice. Location is quite convenient (close to a large shopping mall but still in a quiet environment), scenery of hotel (environment) very pleasant and staff very friendly. In our case car was a must though to go everywhere outside of the hotel. 2 minor things that can be improved - noisy at night (air condition, water flow from neighbor room) which is a bit annoying. - hard mattress.

此次休閑度假感覺時間太短，酒店是桐廬的地標建築，地理位置絕佳，環境舒服，很適合放空，服務也是十分親切周到，特別想表揚小哥哥黃瓊勇，事先就會聯繫詢問需求，讓人很舒服，還有前台的高建飛，禮賓部的翟柏棟，客房服務包小娟，都想感謝一下！下次還會再來！祝生意興隆！

Although we only stayed for one evening it was a most pleasurable one. I have very basic Chinese language skills (i.e. None) but the staff were very patient and helpful. It also helped that I had taken a Chinese friend with me for the short break. Check in was swift and only took around 5 minutes considering I needed to provide all my documentation and covid codes etc. Again the staff were great an made us feel very welcome. The room was huge with two almost Double beds, a huge bathroom and giant circular bathtub as well as a shower. The mini bar was well stocked and there was a dressing room as well as robes, slippers etc. After a few minutes settling in we were treated to a gift of fresh fruit which was very much appreciated. The beds were super comfortable and we slept well after we returned from an evening out in Tonglu. In the morning the breakfast was typical Chinese buffet and was delicious though we didn't eat too much due to our previous evenings dinner. Even though I was clearly the only Westerner in the Hotel at that point I was made to feel very welcome by every single person I encountered....both staff and guests. I would highly recommend a stay here if you should ever visit Tonglu.

I chose this venue because it was the nearest 5 star hotel to OMG activity park and also because we were celebrating my eldest sons 12th birthday. The accommodation was 5 stars amazing! Our room faced the peninsula and had a fantastic view. The bed linen felt very luxury soft. The food was top quality ingredients. The outdoor swimming pool is maintained to a very high standard. Finally the service was impeccable all round. Special mention goes to Sky who attended my every needs and made the birthday boy feel extra special! He prepared a birthday cake surprise for my son which turned the day into an unforgettable birthday. Many thanks to all at Conrad Tonglu

Staffs are very helpful & kind , the hotel & my room was very comfortable , clean , modern with great view , great location & great value for money so highly recommend it

I will say this hotel is so Amazing, with s special wooden design on the wall of rooms corridor. I will recommend this hotel for couples ❤️ the surrounding environment very cozy breakfast really nice with the mango 🥭 juice 😌. Price also very reasonable and cheap compared to the luxury inside. Rooms also very big. Good for chilling with some two or more friends. When ever you arrive there never forget to ask for ‘Elaine lan ´she speaks really well English and always ready to assist you with any difficulties, very respectful and polite.

1. The staff members are very nice and helpful. 2. The food at breakfast is tasty but we stayed 5 days so the food got boring after day 2. I have stayed at previous hotels where the menu is a little different everyday. They should consider doing something like that. Also breakfast is always cold. There is not much food options outside the hotel which caused us to travel to the main city to get dinner. 3. The room is nice and decent but they can improve on the cleanliness of the outside corridors/ hallway. If you pay attention you’ll see a lot of cobwebs out there. We also had cobwebs in our room over the lights. Overall not bad. But they can do more for the price.
