This has to be one of the best hotels I've stayed at in Qingdao, right up there with The Lalu, Diaoyutai, and St. Regis. But it's more affordable than all of them. Overseas, we generally agree that staying at a St. Regis is just paying a 'stupid tax'. The views here are the best, and the location is as unbeatable as the St. Regis, with two similarly-ranked buildings in the same prime spot (next door). The real highlight, though, is the buffet upstairs. If you haven't tried the buffet here, you're seriously missing out. I'd give it a 9.9 out of 10. The only minor imperfection was that the cleaning staff in the lobby weren't very professional. When they roll up the carpets, they should really put up a warning sign to alert guests to watch their step. I tripped last night. Luckily, I'm quick on my feet; an elderly person probably would have fallen, and then that staff member would be out of a job. I hope they can improve safety in the future. The manager at the hotel lobby was very kind and upgraded my room for free, which I really appreciate.

An absolutely perfect stay that exceeded all expectations! Staying at your hotel was truly full of delightful surprises. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I felt an incredible sense of care and attention. Ambiance & Service: The hotel's design is truly unique, blending modern style with elegant charm perfectly. The lobby's fresh, subtle fragrance immediately put me at ease. The front desk staff were incredibly efficient and quick with check-in, always greeting us with warm smiles and proactively informing us about the hotel's facilities. The bellboy was also very enthusiastic and helpful with our luggage – the service was thoughtful and thorough. Room Experience: The room was the highlight of my stay! Opening the door revealed a clean, spacious environment that immediately brightened my mood. The bedding was top-notch; lying on it felt like being enveloped by clouds, instantly washing away all travel fatigue. The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, excellent water pressure, and hot water that came on instantly. The toiletries provided were also of very good quality. What I loved most was the massive floor-to-ceiling window. During the day, sunlight streamed into the room, and at night, I could take in the city's brilliant nightscape – it truly enhanced the entire trip. Dining & Surroundings: The breakfast selection was extensive, offering a great mix of Chinese and Western options, and the local specialties were particularly authentic. The restaurant environment was elegant, and the staff were always prompt in clearing empty plates, keeping the dining area tidy. The hotel's location is also incredibly convenient, making it easy to go shopping or explore tourist attractions. This stay far exceeded my expectations. Every single detail reflected the hotel's dedication and professionalism. I've already highly recommended it to my friends, and without a doubt, your hotel will be my only choice the next time I visit this city! The Pullman Weifang is always my hotel of choice in Weifang, The European menu in the Cafe is a life saver serving anything from German sausages to burger or pizza to steaks. The buffet is equally good in the main restaurant where I enjoyed great lamb chops and drinks are included in the price which is a welcome relief. The hotel is located next door to a nice shopping mall and the rooms are large and spacious. The gym is extremely well kitted and the pool is amazing.

Ever since deciding in June in Dali to visit Qingdao in September, I booked the Shangri-La Hotel right away! That's because my 'bear baby' (term of endearment for myself) absolutely loves the signature scent at every Shangri-La. Arriving at Shangri-La, I immediately felt right at home. These five days truly felt like being with family. From the Shang Palace to the Café Yum, the Horizon Club Lounge, Concierge, Housekeeping, and Front Desk – every single staff member always had a wonderful smile on their face. I want to give a special shout-out to Benjamin and Rina; they took such excellent care of my 'bear baby'! They thoughtfully looked after my 'bear baby's' every need – food, clothing, accommodation, and transportation – and told me all the best spots for photos and check-ins, among many other things. They were also incredibly patient with my 'bear baby's' 'nagging,' never getting annoyed no matter how busy they were, haha. It was truly exceptional; I was genuinely sad to leave the hotel.

As someone traveling with family, I have high standards for hotels, and this one met almost all my core requirements. • **Value for Money**: For this price point, the facilities and services provided are exemplary. • **Well-Equipped**: The gym equipment is new, the pool water is clean, and the business center facilities are also very useful. It's incredibly convenient for those who need to work. • **Exceptional Hygiene**: The cleanliness is impeccable; you can walk barefoot in the room without feeling it's dirty, and there isn't a trace of limescale in the bathroom, which really put my mind at ease. • **Excellent Dining**: The breakfast offers a rich variety, blending Chinese and Western options, and the local specialties are particularly authentic. The restaurant staff are also very attentive. Overall, this is a very mature and trustworthy hotel in terms of hardware, software, and management.

A huge thank you to Connie, the Quality Control Manager, who proactively reached out before our arrival to inquire about our estimated check-in time and any special requests. Since we had booked two rooms, she thoughtfully arranged adjacent rooms for us and provided amenities for our children. Connie's warmth, enthusiasm, and professionalism truly exemplify the highest standards of IHG staff! The hotel's location is superb, within walking distance of Baotu Spring and Daming Lake. As the saying goes, 'Three springs gush for a thousand years, Daming Lake is covered with lotus leaves' – staying at the InterContinental Jinan City Center made sightseeing and shopping incredibly convenient. Both the hotel's breakfast and dinner buffet offered a rich variety of dishes and exceptional taste. The rooftop beer garden is also a unique highlight, perfect for enjoying panoramic views of Jinan's night skyline. Next time I visit Jinan, I will definitely choose to stay at the InterContinental Jinan City Center again. The overall experience was fantastic! 👍 We truly felt at home.

Arriving in Linyi, travel-worn from Tianjin, the moment I stepped into the hotel lobby, all my fatigue quietly melted away. Traveling with a child always adds a layer of concern, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that every one of those worries was gently addressed by the thoughtful care here. The most delightful surprise was undoubtedly the unexpected room upgrade. Our originally booked room type was quietly upgraded to a more spacious and comfortable one. The bright floor-to-ceiling windows offered gentle views of Linyi's streetscape, feeling like an unexpected gift that instantly elevated the quality of our stay. This silent yet profound gesture of thoughtfulness made us, first-time visitors, feel truly at home and welcomed. This warmth was further exemplified and brought to life in the lobby bar. An employee named Shi Keqian, with her genuine smile and friendly demeanor, made a rich, aromatic handcrafted coffee that, with each sip, seemed to melt away the lingering travel fatigue. What warmed our hearts even more was her thoughtful attention to our child – she specially offered some delicate and adorable cookies. The smile on our child's face, clutching the cookies, was more captivating than any scenic view. Ms. Shi's genuine kindness wasn't just part of a service protocol; it was a heartfelt expression of hospitality that made this hotel feel less like a temporary lodging and more like the home of a warm and welcoming Linyi friend. On a separate note, the swimming pool and other facilities, including their service, were quite disappointing. After a swim, we found there was virtually no body wash or shampoo available in the showers. When we inquired, we were met with various excuses. This really detracts from the overall experience at such a large, high-star hotel!

My stay this time was just so-so. There were two things that made me a bit uncomfortable. First, I booked on Trip.com with 'pay at hotel,' but upon arrival, they asked for a deposit of over 800 yuan. This is the first time I've encountered such a thing in years. They claimed it was a pre-authorization, but they actually deducted 3,500 yuan directly. It wasn't until check-out that the deposit was returned under the guise of a 'refund.' While not a major issue, it still left a bad taste in my mouth. Second, there was construction happening in the square outside the window, which was very noisy. There was construction noise at night, and in the early morning, there were loud banging sounds that woke me up. The room service was quite good, and the cleaning was excellent. If it weren't for the construction, the view from the window would have been beautiful, overlooking the entire Quancheng Square.

I thought the hotel was amazing!!! Rooms were amazing… staff was amazing. The food on the restaurant was very good. Overall, one of the best hotels I have stayed in.
