裝修清新。雖然室內外空間都不太大，但是舒適愉悦。 房間內提供微波爐，這在周圍很多五星級酒店中都沒有。 下樓恰逢機場的穿梭巴士，巴士司機會下車問有沒有乘客。巴士的下一站是旁邊的多倫多機場萬豪酒店，似乎又必須等待一陣子。

Rooms are very outdated, bathroom walls, dirty bathroom door is a sliding door, which is about 3 inches opened from the wall no privacy when using washroom , Small mini fridge just laid on the floor with a microwave laid on top We felt like we were staying in hostile, paid $266 for the night, which was outrageous the room was probably only worth $99 Staff friendly, the lounge, clean and updated

C’est un bel hôtel. La chambre était très propre. Les employés étaient vraiment polie et compréhensive (j’avais perdu ma carte de chambre). Le seul problème est l’emplacement.

I was a little worried about this hotel, being right next to the airport, but it wasn't a problem at all. I could hear planes when I was outside, but didn't hear a thing in the room. The weekend I was here there was a hockey tournament for 10-year-olds, which seems to be a common occurrence. The kids ran rather wild in the public areas, but they were very quiet starting at about 10pm. The staff were extremely friendly. Breakfast was very good, self-service buffet style. Beds were very comfortable. All of the rooms are suites. My room was extremely clean and well appointed. I am pretty picky, and didn't have any concerns at all. If I am in Toronto again I will definitely stay here! Oh, yeah. There is a restaurant called Scaddabush within walking distance that is absolutely excellent.

***PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING HERE*** Our hockey team (along with several other teams) stayed here for the weekend. During the course of the evening one of their meeting rooms (located within a hallway of the rooms) was open, lights on, door open. Several groups were in and out through out the night. A security guard actually told us to go in there so the hallway was free. The manager came up and told us we had to pay (only our team not the other teams). When we refused, we said we would leave. We cleaned up our stuff (we had brought our own tables) and left. They charged a random persons credit card $200 plus tax. When I called to dispute this charge since there were multiple groups in and out they accused us of drinking in the lobby and having the police called and harassing their front desk staff (100% false!!). I have offered on several occasions to provide photo ID of our party to compare to their security footage and they will not review it nor refund the money. After reading others reviews it is clear that this hotel feels that once they have your credit card on file they can do with it as they wish. I had to email to get my $100 security deposit back. Other reviews advise unauthorised fees all as part of their ”policy” when I asked to see a copy of this policy they would not give me one. They have no idea whose teams were in the room or what people were coming and going so who knows how many extra cards they charged and how much extra money they made, despite us being told to go in the room by their own security guard. I would BEWARE before booking here!!!! Also, parking was a HUGE pain, sometimes it's free, sometimes not, for those that it was free for we weren't given a pass to get out, which caused long lines at the gate, sometimes waiting 15-20 minutes to get out of the parking lot.

The staff are lovely at the hotel and extremely helpful. The room was clean and basic. It is right on a flight path, but the noise is not noticeable at night. Parking is covered so problematic if you drive a larger vehicle such as a pick-up truck. No other options nearby to park. The restaurant is good and their staff helpful but has limited choices. This makes it difficult for those who have food restrictions. The Internet is slow, and TV is a little baffling regarding figuring out channels but that could be me not figuring it out properly. It is a pleasant hotel with courteous staff. Very responsive to communications as well.

This recently-opened hotel is what all mid-priced airport hotels should strive for. It is quiet and spotless. The rooms are spacious, well-designed and have a fresh contemporary look. I've never seen so many electrical outlets in a room. I normally pass on complimentary hotel breakfasts because I'm so tired of them. I didn't this time, probably because of the warm and fresh cinnamon rolls. I hope Marriott notices this. I enjoyed having a showered tall enough for a NBA player and how they eliminated all those small plastic bottles of shampoo in favor of dispensers. I picked this place because I had signed up for an IHG credit card so I could get some free nights on my motorcycle trip. In other words, I'm not this hotel's target customer. Flight info was display on a monitor in the airy lobby. There are several EV charging stations next to the front door. I do wish it had a restaurant, but that's asking a lot at this price point. There is the mediocre Arizona Grill & Lounge a short walk down the road. They only nit I would pick was a lack of a notepad and pen in the room.

The location of this hotel is unbeatable, easily accessible from Toronto Pearson International Airport by UP Express and the subway. And has lots of restaurants nearby. Friendly service and thanks for the free, warm cookie! The room and furniture were a bit dated, and the bedding was not as smooth as I wanted it to be, but I could bear with it for two nights. I will consider staying here again next time I go to Toronto. :)
