Everything is good.. but there wasn’t clean service during your stay (u can ask ) and just abit far..

The hotel itself was quite nice with a very convenient location for airport travelers. Although directly on the Pearson Airport landing runway flightpath, I found the constant planes flying VERY low overhead to be quite relaxing, though the window did rattle and shake sometimes. Unfortunately the pool was VERY cold and the hot tub was lukewarm with barely perceivable jets. The restaurant food was mediocre at best, but for airport travelers a very convenient stay.

Best view of landing airplanes on roof top. Parking costs $15 extra, surprisingly. Clunky elevator, not running smooth. Overall, it was ok.

A terrible experience. I wouldn't recommend this place even for a few hours of sleep before an early flight. The old man at reception was rude when I called for a shuttle pickup. He told me to wait at the ground floor (S3 column), but the driver actually picked people up from the first floor (F3). I waited for 30 minutes and had to call several times before realizing his mistake. No apology was offered. Additionally, the room was freezing. When I complained to the front desk, they handed me a mini heater, but it didn’t even work.

The location is very close to the airport, and the hygiene is also good. The price is very reasonable. Highly recommended. I'll definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

The room is clean and comfortable. So close to the airport and the hotel provides free shuttle bus service. I like the 24-hours Fitness Centre and swimming pool with jacuzzi, sauna and wet streaming.

This hotel was very nice from the start. I had no issues with anything and the ammenities were so much that I couldn't possibly have used them all in the one night I was there. Definitely a good place to stay near if you have a flight soon in Toronto!

I had the most disappointing experience here and strongly advise against relying on their so called wake-up call service; you will miss your flight!!. I strongly recommend avoiding this place, as their customer care is nonexistent, and they show a complete lack of concern for your needs and circumstances. It's best to choose a more reliable option elsewhere.

Great shuttle ! Only a tip is needed , door to door service ! Great restaurant with yummy food
