Ulasan Ibis Guarulhos

The room had broken pipes in the bathroom, the bed sheets only had one and the bed smelled of smoke. The floor was dirty.

A little confused on the the shuttle from airport as was waiting for 2 hrs without seeing any hotel bus ....

Room price ok

It's a very good deal considering the transfer service from terminal 2 every hour to the hotel in just 20 minutes you will be there for free. The servir run 24/7 so my fly arrive 1:30 am and at 2:30 i was in a good clean room nearby airport. So I do recommend, a big yes for one nigh or bussines connection at the airport.

Nice place to stay I recommend it for other travellers

We only stayed one night at the hotel and it was confirmed that it is the ibis standard throughout Brazil. So far there has been nothing that would discredit the hotel.

The hotel rooms and corridors have large glass windows, but they cannot be opened

Terrible service. Unfriendly employee. Dirty room. Service area with terrible smell. Rotten, dirty bathroom. Only breakfast was good.

What I liked most about the hotel was the location, it only took us 10 minutes to get to the airport (at 3 am), the friendly staff and the normal Ibis hotel. However, I think that the facilities are a little neglected, the bathroom door in the room where I stayed (15th floor) was poorly fitted and did not close, there was no shampoo to bathe in (the bottle was empty), the elevator was looking Old (it had a crack in the glass on the top) I think that for the price per night they could remodel the facilities. I have already visited other Ibis, 1 in Peru and this is the second in Brazil and I was a little disappointed, I thought they would be like the previous ones where I stayed.

It was indeed a very convenient hotel, so I still chose to stay there.

The room was OK. It was convenient for transfer. But there was no water supply, you had to buy it. It was 10 yuan or 10 yuan for a small bottle! It was quite dark.
