Very clean room, great location. But there is no swimming pool. Trip.vom information is incorrect

We had a great stay, actually easily extended an extra night. We love the standard check out being 12:30 pm as we are late risers normally

We had a lovely stay. The rooms and the building itself were very upscale. The staff were very friendly and professional. The only critiques I have are about the Free Breakfast. It was basic fare, and the scrambled eggs were powdered. As well, the coffee was not impressive. However, everything else was very enjoyable. I will return to this location through Trip.com!

Hotel was really great. The whole hotel seems to have been recently renovated and the rooms are big and clean. Hotel staff was very helpful and were always happy to help! The included breakfast is way ahead of most hotels for a complimentary breakfast. Hot food and a good selection. The location is perfect, less than 10 minutes from the subway and next to a streetcar stop. Hotel is almost in the heart of downtown so it's easy to come and go as you want during the day. I recommend this place and would definitely like to go back again!

Pros: 1. Location is great. it is near most of the visiting spots in Toronto Downtown within only 1-3 km, such as City Hall, University of Toronto, CN Tower, etc. 2. Service from the front desk was great! The staff are very nice! I checked in 3 hours earlier than the standard check-in time! They also met my needs for cleaning once a day. 3. There is a gym for exercising and a big dining room for breakfast. Cons: 1. It is newly renovated. And I think the renovation is not fully completed. for instance, the elevator, the lock for the door, the fan in the bathroom....could be better. 2. There are no slippers in the room! I was super surprised about that (this is my first time living in a restaurant in Canada, maybe it is the normal rule for all the hotels?) 3. Breakfast is not rich enough. I ate just for two times then I did not know what to eat... (Forgive me I am a perfectionist :( Overall, I will highly recommend this hotel for travellers :)

早餐也算不錯，蠻多選擇的，為知方便，向下走一兩條街就有很多吃的，泊車也非常方便，感覺挺安全的，今次來看演唱會，第一次住在這邊。

歯ブラシ、スリッパのアメニティはなかった。 水圧は少し弱めで、時間帯によっては寒く感じることもあった。 ロケーションはトロントのダウンタウン 朝食は基本は同じメニュー 清掃は一日おきに行われるため3泊しない限りは行われない。

토론토 중심지에서 차로 10분 이내에 위치해 있고 객실도 넓고 쾌적하니 좋습니다! 직원 분들도 모두 친절하세요!!

房間很大，衞生間也很大，很乾凈，服務很好

Great price to quality. Everything was new and very clean. Many options for breakfast and check in and out was simple and fast. Room was quite quiet too.
