很好的房間，剛剛投入使用，設施精緻但也不鋪張，早餐比較簡單，酒店的穿梭巴士每半小時往來機場一次，很方便

1 일단 깨끗 2 아침 식사가 미국식이지만 다양하고 아침식사로 만족 3 공항부근에 있어서 무료셔틀 운영이 되어서 비용적으로 좋고 만족 4 유니온 역에서 피어슨 공항까지 가서 호텔셔틀로 호텔오면 되고 호텔에서 공항까지 8분 소요 5 체크 아웃후 로비에서 무료커피하면서 와이파이로 연결 좋음

二星的酒店，但是設施很新，房間很大，勝過國內的智選假日，熱水速度很快！機場班車記得在E出口往地面樓層，到酒店不用10分鐘！早餐品種不多，但是勝在補沖速度很快，不錯的選擇！對了，酒店會員會免費獲得2瓶水，非會員沒有，得大堂的便利店自行購買！

近機場。入住有些小麻煩，但很快解決了。 早餐普通。 酒店是新的，所以房間乾淨，漂亮。有投幣洗衣機，但因新開張，還不能用。

酒店床品乾淨，不提供飲用水，附近沒有啥餐館。吃飯比較困難，衹能點外賣。每半小時有去機場大巴，比較方便。提供早餐，簡單美式，還行吧。

櫃檯的不服務非常的不錯 所有的內容都可以透過詢問得到非常好的回答 因為連續住兩晚進出時櫃檯熱情的招呼非常的好 機場接送服務及裝水的設施都非常的完善👍

The problem was that the airport shuttle stops earlier, my flight didn't arrive until close to 2:30 in the morning due to delays, and I was waiting for the shuttle as other hotels shuttles were stopping and picking up passengers. I call the hotel they said that the shuttle service was stopped for the remained of the night, I then after wait had to pay for a taxi to the the hotel which was threeinutes away and pay over $25. Dollars, if I knew I probably would have gone somewhere else. The agent at the counter was helpful but I guess is not much he can do after he called the driver and he wasn't coming back for the night

One of the better airport hotels. Modern, clean, and affordable. Also, this is not a hotel used as a voucher hotel, so no unexpected crowdedness with the shuttle.

I waited 3 hours to check into my room. The system was down and you only had one person working the desk.

My stay was very short because of travel but I thought it was one of the nices hotel I have stayed at the staff was great the rooms were very clean and beautiful .It was dark when I arrived and left so not sure about what was around .The only thing that I was disappointed in was I couldn’t stay longer .

The property is close to the airport. It was reasonably priced and offers breakfast included. It lacks a restaurant which is my only complaint. Not a deal breaker by any means.

The reception staff was amazing and super friendly and accommodating. She is a shining representative for this hotel. I can’t remember her name but we checked in on February 27, around 4 pm she was exceptional. We will use this facility again mostly because of her but also the facility is perfect and very clean.
