歴史ある雰囲気のいいホテルといった感じで、全体的にスタッフの感じが良く、滞在中よくこまめに声をかけて下さいました。お部屋も素敵で文句なく快適なホテルでした。 朝はロビーにコーヒーが用意されていたり、ホテル内のレストランでアラカルトの朝食(有料)も利用可能、近くに素敵なカフェもあり便利な場所です。 アメニティは近隣のホテルのレビューなどを見ても歯ブラシやスリッパはないかもと思い持参しましたがやはりありませんでした。また今回の部屋は洋服を納められる棚はあるものの吊るすスペースやハンガーがめずらしくありませんでした。2泊の滞在でカジュアルな服しか持参していない私達は問題ありませんでしたがスーツなど必要な方はホテルに確認した方がいいかもしれません。 初めてのカナダなのに、今回ホテルを探す時間が十分なく前日に同価格帯の安定の大手ホテルとだけ比べ迷いましたが、写真や僅かな日本人の口コミに何となく惹かれて予約しました。結果ここにしてよかったですし、また次回もぜひ利用したいです。

非常sustainable的酒店😂忘帶牙膏了打電話説沒有牙膏提供 $650CAD➕一晚的價格瓶裝水居然也收費$7一瓶 沒有任何備品但是有收費Amenity Fee $29一晚..有1.5語 服務態度還可以 健身房沒有view 泳池就夏天開幾個月 最近維修樓頂bar也不開 攜程上訂的含雙早的價格其實就是每天有$60的breakfast credit 價格略貴 實際吃下來一個人就要$60 超出的部分和tax要額外補 味道中規中矩

This hotel was absolutely fantastic and, believe it or not, actually came with a robe, which I gladly wore in the hours leading up to my friend's 40th birthday party. Everything was great except for one thing -- the interior of this hotel was ugly as sin. See the purple pool table below. Who greenlit this, exactly? Super ugly. When I was in undergrad this place was a dive and I saw the best noise show of my life in the lower area. Is this an improvement?

Excellent service and always with friendliness and professionalism. Room spacious and very clean. Modern decor. Only dropped a star as quite noisy due to building work next door and opposite. Not your fault I know.

I was initially apprehensive about staying in an ”old” hotel, but my worries came to rest. It was similar to a cottage theme with very clean rooms and adequate amentities. Staff were always very friendly, greeting us everytime we leave and return to the hotel, and responds promptly to our housekeeping requests. 10 minutes from the hotel, there is a park with a calming stream, a great place to rest and rewind from the busy city life. Nearest train station is just 5 minutes walk away, and a 30-45 minutes car ride to downtown. Some downsides though, there are no nearby restaurants besides the one in the hotel, and no nearby supermarkets. Utensils were not provided in the room so be prepared to bring your own set. Hotel lifts seem a bit worn out but had not broken down during my stay. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay given the calm surrounding vibes and amazing service. I would consider returning in the future

The hotel is fantastic, located in a quiet corner of the city center. Easy access to attractions and the main area. It is a bit tricky to find the location at the beginning, but the facility inside is very nice!

Clean environment , friendly staff, comfortable bed and great room, location was ideal for exploring Toronto on foot. An exceptional choice which made our first stay in Toronto magical.

Kakitangannya ramah dan sangat membantu. Malangnya satu tandas tidak berfungsi dengan baik di suite dan tidak ada air panas di bilik air yang lain. Saya tidak mahu ia diperbaiki semasa saya tinggal tetapi mereka memastikan saya berasa selesa. Sarapan pagi enak dan terdapat pelbagai pilihan untuk semua keperluan diet.

這賓館設施很老舊 我住的是行政套房 一進廳裏很暗 沒有吸頂的大燈 還有礦泉水 也沒有牙刷牙膏 卧室的空調在地上 你發動的時候 有聲音 弄的我直打噴氣 早餐 也太寒酸了 除了麪包就是果醬 最重要的是 我在網上預訂的 已經付款了 入住的時候還壓了我 200加幣 我刷的卡 我多虧先住一晚看看環境 實在不怎麼好 我又換地方了 退房的時候我問按金的事 前台告訴我 得一個星期工作日 按金才能退回來 我衹好回國等着了

Kami menempah baju raja kerana kami menyangka ia dilengkapi dengan jakuzi seperti yang dapat dilihat dalam gambar. Namun, ketika kami sampai di sana, kami menyedari bilik kami tidak mempunyai jakuzi, setelah saya mengadu saya diberitahu bahawa itu bukan salah mereka dan Trip.com bertanggungjawab untuk gambar yang mereka ada di platform mereka (sebagai pihak ketiga)! Mereka hanya mempunyai 2 atau 3 bilik dengan jakuzi, jadi pastikan untuk menanyakannya sebelum menyelesaikan tempahan anda jika Jacuzzi adalah motif untuk anda tinggal di sini !! Juga, saya tidak suka bau di ruang tamu! & mereka pasti dapat melakukan pekerjaan yang lebih baik membersihkan bilik mandi, namun secara umum, penginapan kami tidak seburuk itu !!!
