Ulasan Hampton by Hilton Torquay

Very poor for parking, the steps of the area going for the car park are unsafe for women and children, as there are homeless men sleeping and youngsters smoking ***** in the area, car parking fees are very expensive at £10.90 for one day so I was there for six days, where Premier inn is only £6 90 for one day, on my arrival at the reception even though I was born in Torquay and lived there for 17 years but now living in Thailand I was asked for my passport and I can assure you I was not happy with,

Really nice hotel. Check in was a bit slow but the staff were great and got through the queue as quick as they could. Nice comfy rooms (usual flat Hilton pillows), good shower. Nice breakfast with plenty of choice and ok coffee!

Loved the hotel, great value for money just the bed not  too my liking a bit too firm me so didn’t sleep well, everything else great

Everything was very clean and brand new condition. Close to city centre and walking distance to a beach. Supermarket is right next to the hotel. Only thing was you can't open a window. Instead they have ventilators on the ceiling

As always we were greeted with a friendly face and smile at reception,we arrived before check in time but they always check to see if a room is available. On this occasion it wasn't but they happily took our bags in so we could go enjoy our afternoon without the worry of carrying them around. Check in was quick and simple and we were in our room within 5 mins of check in. Room was spacious clean and fresh. We were given a twin room this time which was perfect as I was traveling with a friend not partner. Bed was super comfy with great pillows. Shower was really nice ,decent water pressure and the shower gel provided was lovely too. Breakfast was a big selection of the normal cooked,everything was fresh and tasty,bacon was slightly over cooked but the rest was great. Nice selection of pastries too. Continental is also an option there. Fresh juices and hot drink available also. Overall another 5* stay in my opinion and as a regular user will be returning again in the nr future! Thankyou Hilton.

Beautiful hotel with great decor all round. Honestly can't fault anything. Breakfast was superb. Would return in future. Overall great experience.

Booked this hotel for one night for me and my 2 kids, unfortunately when arrived to the hotel they couldn't see my kids in the system...however kids stay there for free so it was not trouble at all. Hotel is clean, comfortable, quiet and very close to the harbour. Would definitely book it again:) There was a lovely gym at the same floor where our room was.

The hotel location is great and the service itself is okay and house keeping would service the room everyday however the carpet in the room I was in was dirty with coffee and mud stains. When i spoke to room service if they could do anything they said they could only hoover obviously that wasn’t going to solve the problem and the shower would leak from time to time.

Good place and fun for kids with the sofa beds

The ambient of the hotel is pleasant. It is within walking distance to the Torquay pier. Breakfast is provided. Food is nice, the seating is comfortable. The hotel does not provide bottled water. No parking. We parked in the community carpark which was 5 minutes walk from the hotel, costed £10/24 hours.
