Ulasan Orient Luxury Hotel-Jiao Xi

Love this hotel even though the location is terrible, i love the staff, the hospitality, the never ending events they have, went to the rooftop bar to sit and chill with vouchers provided for ever 350 TWD spent. The individual onsen in each room was awesome. I stayed here twice in 2 months. Breakfast was wonderful! The waitress remembered us and our room numbers. They low-key kept a look out for a table for 6. Their restaurant was spacious, which makes the seating lesser and exquisite. Best experience ever. Will return if i go to Jiao Xi!

It was such a relaxing and enjoyable experience! This hotel really checked all the boxes for a comfortable and family-friendly getaway. The highlight for us was the tatami-style bed in the room. It’s low to the ground, which made it absolutely perfect for our toddler and 1-year-old. We didn’t have to worry about them rolling off the bed, and it even doubled as a safe, spacious play area during the day. The kids loved crawling and jumping around, and we parents could relax knowing they were safe. The private hot spring in our room was the best part of the stay. After a long day of traveling and exploring, being able to soak in the hot spring was exactly what we needed. It was clean, spacious, and perfect for unwinding while the kids napped or played. Orient Luxury Hotel in Jiaoxi is a fantastic choice for families, especially those with young kids. The tatami-style beds, private hot spring, and thoughtful service made our stay both relaxing and enjoyable. If you’re looking for a comfortable, family-friendly hotel in Yilan, this is definitely a great option. We left feeling refreshed and can’t wait to come back for another visit! The grandparents especially loved it—it was so convenient for them to enjoy the hot spring without having to leave the room. It really helped us recharge for the next day! The breakfast buffet was great! There was a good mix of Western and local ********* dishes, and everything was fresh and delicious. The kids enjoyed the pancakes and fruit, while the grandparents appreciated the traditional congee and hot tea.

Was satisfied with the service and the environment, especially the breakfast, pretty diverse and tasty. We had a great time spending a night in this hotel.

The hotel is new and the hot spring in the balcony is excellent. Breakfast is good too.

訂的房型為山嵐房，缺點是遇到有煙味，因為室內泡湯區域為開放的空間，可聽到隔壁的泡湯講話的聲音，是有早餐跟晚餐，晚餐火鍋還不錯，有海鮮有肉，第一次上的肉很黑，有請服務生重換後來就正常了，整體環境硬體設備都還不錯，地點算比較外圍，但走路到礁溪街上也不算遠，平日年長的朋友居多，早餐算豐盛，冰箱的飲料都是免費可以使用，電視有Netflix、YouTube、手機投屛、內鍵電影、不會怕無聊，記得去一樓的露天泡湯池很不錯！

風華飯店除了離火車站遠一點（大約需要步行10分鐘）這個缺點之外，房間、公設、早餐跟服務都很好～而且也打掃的非常乾淨，房間內的智能管家也很棒，躺在床上就可以關燈太幸福了😊

非常棒，很喜歡飯店風格，態度也很好，早餐蛋餅超好吃😋下次還會去～，接待人員態度都很好，有茶飲跟豆花可以吃～

這次住宿很滿意，大眾湯池很棒，又舒服，床也好睡，只是枕頭有點軟

服務很好，環境也不錯，房間也很乾淨，但隔音有點差，除了這點，其它都蠻滿意的

山景房的三樓因為貼了毛玻璃，導致景色被遮掉一半，跟訂房網的照片不符。飯店櫃檯只回應官腔說跟內部反應，讓人失望。飯店應該把有毛玻璃遮掉一半景色的房型獨立成單一選項在訂房網上與沒毛玻璃的房型區分開來，這樣被分到毛玻璃房型的房客才不會有受騙的感覺。

二次來訪，家人住的很開心，環境舒適乾淨，房間內有智能管家，能幫忙做一些瑣碎的事(關燈、開電視、關窗簾等等)，戶外有滑水道、游泳池、露天溫泉、烤箱等等設施可使用。
