Je suis choqué de cet hôtel. Comme j’étais de passage à malaga pour prendre l avion je me suis retrouvé dans un hôtel dont y’a rien qui m’a plu en terme de service

Had a holiday last year to this hotel. Was a bit busy with children even though it was school holiday. Food was OK, room was pretty standard with a weird bathroom. Had to do a jump.almost to get to the loo. Entertainment was geared around children. Either had to sit outside or inside when there was minimal seating. Staff were a bit hit and miss worki g bit did t want a conversation. Had a nice massage at the on site beauty place. Went into Toremolinos a couple of times. The town is busy woth bars, food places and lively music. Shops were open late but a lot the same selling items. Beach area was nice and walk back to hotel was all up hill. Plenty of taxis and buses around though. Malaga was really lovely, Benalmedina, Granada was lovely. Tour buses are good to see the sites too. Stunning views when you get a bit further put. Need a car and they are a good price.

Stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and we had an enjoyable time. The staff are very welcoming and our room was huge. It was very clean. The food was good, hot and was replenished all the time. The pools are adequate size and get very busy. I liked the rule of not reserving sun beds. Overall we had a lovely study and would like to return one day.

Recently returned from 6 night stay. We were happy with the hotel and facilities. Room was large for family of 3 with large beds and comfy mattresses. Food was nice, always options of plain pasta, salad, chips and pizza, fruit and ice cream. Breakfast had a large selection (cooked, pastry’s, cereals etc) and daughter liked the freshly cooked pancakes. All staff were friendly. We arrived earlier than check in but room was ready so able to go straight up. On our last day we had a late fight but had a luggage storage room free to use and booked a time slot for a room to get showered and changed. Was frustrating with the sun loungers rules not being followed, large numbers were left with items on for hours.

We have just returned from a brilliant trip to Aluasun Costa Park. The hotel is spotless and the staff very helpful. Our rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. We also had a beautiful view over the sea and Malaga. We opted for half board. The food was good for us and offering seemed to run on a weekly cycle with different themed nights. We required gluten free options - allergens are on the whole marked above each dish. Imed, the restaurant manager always made sure gluten free items were available, such as bread, as we arrived. While all staff were friendly and helpful, Imed went over and above to make everyone welcome and have a laugh too. The hotel is located a 25 min walk from the beach and on a fairly steep hill which can be difficult for those with mobility issues. However, the hotel provides a free bus in the mornings and afternoons into Torremolinos and to the beach. Travelling into Malaga is also convenient using the bus stop across the road. The airport is also close by. One small issue we had was with the WiFi strength - to watch films it was much better to download first on your device.

The staff were absolutely lovely on our trip (especially those working in the restaurant) and the entertainment was well managed and a lot of fun. The all-inclusive bar includes off-brand spirits, wine, beer and cocktails (from a machine but very drinkable) and the bar is open until midnight. Our room was spacious and cleaned every day, even when we left the room late (around 2pm). The food offering was decent, with late breakfast available from the pool bar if you missed the 10am cut-off. This hotel is a 25min walk from the beach but the pool areas are nice, and the hotel environment is relaxing (admittedly, we weren't there in school holidays, when I can imagine it would be much busier). This is a very good budget resort and we didn't feel the need to get drinks or food outside the hotel so it was a genuinely good value trip. It's also very close to the airport.

This is our second time visiting here. Lastly time we didn't enjoy the food or entertainment and this time is the same. The food is bland, all boned meat and the same old. If you want fish then they cater! Breakfast isn't great either. Entertainment used to be outside on the stage but now they've moved it indoors probably due to the noise, but it's the same as last time, not very good, boring so went out at night times and for food.

Just home from a week here. Hotel is spotless clean and the staff are all so friendly. Room was dated but again spotless. Great balcony overlooking the mountains and loved watching the planes from the airport. Easy to get to the hotel from the airport to hotel by train. I would not go half board if I returned as the food is t great. This hotel also isn’t great if you have mobility issues and want to go out. Up a steep hill. Also this hotel is a 20 minute to town. Easy for us but I would imagine a few would struggle. The hotel does however put on a free bus.
