Je suis choqué de cet hôtel. Comme j’étais de passage à malaga pour prendre l avion je me suis retrouvé dans un hôtel dont y’a rien qui m’a plu en terme de service

Had a holiday last year to this hotel. Was a bit busy with children even though it was school holiday. Food was OK, room was pretty standard with a weird bathroom. Had to do a jump.almost to get to the loo. Entertainment was geared around children. Either had to sit outside or inside when there was minimal seating. Staff were a bit hit and miss worki g bit did t want a conversation. Had a nice massage at the on site beauty place. Went into Toremolinos a couple of times. The town is busy woth bars, food places and lively music. Shops were open late but a lot the same selling items. Beach area was nice and walk back to hotel was all up hill. Plenty of taxis and buses around though. Malaga was really lovely, Benalmedina, Granada was lovely. Tour buses are good to see the sites too. Stunning views when you get a bit further put. Need a car and they are a good price.

This was our second stay at Costa Park, last year we were very satisfied and decided to come back this year which we did not regret. The hotel has everything you need, the location is a little bit away from the town and the beach, however a free shuttle service is provided several times a day, so it is easy to get around the area.

Absolute gem of a place .the rooms were spacious ,the food very good ,something for everyone ,the out door areas were fantastic from the pools to the garden areas..imed absolutely 💯 is the best the hotel has.other staff also very nice .entertainment was ok especially the entertainment team although we found the rest of the entertainment was very spanish orientated.that would be my only downside ,apart from that we will definitely be back ...thankyou to to all x

We stayed for a week, Brilliant hotel, staff are all friendly and hard working. We were a family of 4 and stayed in a family room. The room was big and clean! Cleaners came in everyday and made the beds and cleaned the room. Lots of choice of food, I'm fussy! But still found something to eat. My daughter loved the kids club, the entertainment staff were fantastic! The splash Park and pools were a big hit too! Lots to do in the area aswell. We had a brilliant holiday and I have just booked to go again in September. My kids and I can't wait to visit again.

Great food, clean hotel, friendly service. Medi in the restaurant was most welcoming every meal time. Great bus service from hotel and the local service buses and adecent sleep with no noise. Exceptional holiday.

Food was disgusting the plates and cutlery was dirty when it was suppose to be clean . Queuing for every meal but after the first day we never had food again in the hotel due to it being so bad. We went all inclusive which was a total waste of money as this was not policed at all so anybody was helping them selves to food and drink all inclusive or not. Will definitely not be returning to this hotel.

Just returned from our 5 night stay at Aluasun Costa Park with our 3 year old son, and we had a wonderful time! The rooms were spacious and had all the amenities we needed, the staff were all so friendly and helpful. Special mention to Lola on reception for helping us multiple times, and Sergio on the bar for being so friendly, we looked forward to seeing him down there every day! The pools were always clean and our son had the best time, spending several afternoons refusing to leave them. WiFi was always available around the entire hotel. I would say only 2 small things bothered us, 1 was a slight lack of things for our son to do. The playground is literally 1 slide, 1 swing and a rocker, and the mini golf is about 9 holes but they are incredibly simple. The other thing would be the food which is obviously bulk cooked so not everything was to the standard we would expect for a 4 star hotel. But honestly overall, we all had an amazing time. This was our first holiday abroad with our son and we've made memories we will never forget!
