Service is average. The room is somewhat nice with a big bathroom. Pool is good and the view good too.

La habitación era normal, pero se oía todo del cuarto de al lado, los cuales estaban haciendo mucho ruido y dando golpes durante toda la noche.

Il y a beaucoup de fourmis dans la chambre . De plus, il y a une pénurie d'oreillers, et le gros problème est le stationnement performant

Please avoid this place! Checked in late evening as a group of 13 ladies. All on the same booking, but the rooms varied greatly. My friend and I were put in a first floor room at the rear of the hotel with no balcony, air con didn’t work, the door frame was shot and a good shove from the outside would open it with no key. The windows overlooked the bins and the place where the staff took a smoking break resulting in the room stinking of cigarettes. Asked reception to move to another room and we’d pay any extra to be told no, not possible as they don’t take direct bookings, despite rooms being available. Only way would be to pay again with a new booking. Also flagged the issues with the security and the door easily opened to be met with a shrug from the manager. Stayed the one night, found an apartment in the building opposite which was better. Please avoid this place it’s disgusting and the staff don’t care. Truly shocked at the lack of service or interest from staff to even try and help.

After reading the reviews I was very nervous about coming to this hotel. There was absolutely no need, check in was quick and easy, we was allocated a room on the 4th floor with a Seaview. The room was cleaned to a very good standard, 2 single beds, with fresh clean bedding, spare blankets if needed in the wardrobe, there was plenty of storage and hanging space in the wardrobe and drawers. There's a fridge, safe, patio furniture on the balcony. The beds are very comfortable, the bathroom is massive, twin sinks, loo, shower is over the bath, which was so powerful, shower cream in available in a dispenser over the bath. Air con was great and very much needed on the days the temperature touched 36 degrees. The restaurant was very clean, the food was well presented, plenty of choice no one needs to go hungry. The pool bar area is nice and shaded, plenty of sunbeds with parasols, the pool was cleaned everyday, the water was beautiful to cool you down. The animation lady does great aerobics in the pool, highly recommend. The pool bar staff are friendly and very efficient, great choice of drinks and simply snacks like chips, toasties and salad available. You do have to pay €1 for a plastic glass for your drink, which is refunded back to you whan you return your glass, I personally understand why, due to the amount of wasted drinks I've witnessed at other hotels over the years, it really wasn't a issue or problem. There is a smoking area, behind the pool bar. Never had any issues getting a lift. We walked in to torremolinos a few nights, it's a easy 10-15 mins, I certainly don't walk fast, the beach is approx 10mins walk, some amazing bars, shops and restaurants on the beach front. The hotel is handy for shops, local buses, great location. I would and will recommend this hotel.

This was a great hotel for our three night break,we stayed on a bed and breakfast basis, and the hotel is a little dated but our room was immaculately clean,the pool and outside areas are very good ,the drink pricing was much lower than I expected and cheaper than some bars The breakfast was simple but plenty available, all the staff we came into contact with were first class

This hotel was great value for money and in the centre of everything, beach a short distance away. All Inclusive restaurant-Food was lovely, fresh and plenty of variety to choose from. Rooms were a bit dated but spacious and clean. Staff very friendly. Would defo recommend and will defo be back :)
