Hotel Torrevieja dengan Sarapan

Reception service was poor. they looked troubled when you asked for help, for example the curtains that you pull down outside the window had stopped working. it took 4 visits to the reception with the answer ”we kmr in 20 minutes” and over 1 day later with 4 reminders they come. they have things in binders instead of computers, welcome back in time. You get a note with your deposit that you must keep and not lose because then you won't get your 100 euro deposit back. once again welcome back in time. summary reception and serivce: 1/5 we had a superior room which was large and clean. Minus because the drain smelled a bit and sounded/simmered in the whole apartment. the balcony was good. the doors were difficult to lock. you can wash the dishes yourself, cleaning is not included. good tv with apps. summary superior room: 4/5 pool area was 5/5. clean and well maintained. the hotel is about a 5-10 minute walk to the center depending on how fast you walk. torrevieja as a city is adequate and genius. good prices and nice people even if the service is lower than eg Greece or Italy. Price for room was good.

I took my own advice from my review last year. Got a pool facing room which was much quieter. Nice big clean room with a massive bed. Took our own pillows. Friendly reception staff. The bathroom area was very modern, but the shower had a button missing so we had to shower with the hand held hose as we couldn’t turn it to the overhead shower. Reported it but the young lady on reception knew, oh if you have short nails you can get it to work by poking your finger in the hole. Really? Why not just fix it? Location is ideal for bars, restaurants and the promenade.

Nice hotel and great value for money. About 15/20 minutes from lovely and busy sea front with beaches, restaurants, bars etc. Other restaurants good near hotel, Irish Bar short walk away Room was quite small and a bit dated, but clean. Bathroom needed updating Had an issue with the fridge in my room but replaced same day. Nice friendly staff.

Where do I start. This hotel's main concern is making money because customer service is right at the bottom. First thing when we walk through the door is the lock literally falls off and is broken, the phone doesn't even work so we can't call for help and my mother had to make 5 trips to the receptionist to get someone to fix it. You would have thought they would change rooms and fix the door in their time well no. Secondly how on earth does a hotel AC only go down to 22. It took the staff 3 days to manually override it which apparently can only be done by the manger that was never there. The cleaners come into your room when they feel like even if you put do not disturb . I was in the bedroom in my underwear and we heard a knock and 3 seconds later here is the cleaner coming into our room while I'm still on the bed. Cleaners talk Infront of your rooms loudly at 9am like we ain't in holiday trying to sleep and rest. They don't clean anything just change the bins and towels. They don't have any information about the restaurant time or roof bar. Beautiful view but the food is awful in the restaurant and at the pool. Cocktails are not fresh unless they open a new bottle otherwise it is flat and not up to the standard of a 4 star as I was rudely told by the staff. Once we complained we were then told the manger would get back to us but didn't after emailing I was told by the manger ”In the end it turned” and ”We do not make refunds partial or total, so you can take your complaint where it deems appropriate.”

We are currently here at Anna’s Gardens what can I say that does it justice! Such a beautiful place. The rooms are spotless and modern with all the little touches that make a difference with everything you need. The grounds are spectacular and well kept. The pool is lovely. The bar area is well stocked - there’s no need to venture out. The owners are so helpful kind and friendly even gave us a lift when we couldn’t get a taxi. Above and beyond! We haven’t left yet but cannot wait to come back. I would highly recommend this hotel if you want peace and tranquility this is the place for you.
