Best hotel in Toulouse. Good services friendly people great restaurant. Very well located five minutes walk from Capitol. Room very clean and great view.

Our room was noisy and gave on a parking lot, not what one would expect from one of the most expensive hotels/rooms in Toulouse.

This is a great property to stay in while visiting Toulouse. Booking online directly with the hotel was easy and hassle free. We arrived early at the hotel. They checked us in and stored our luggage. We received a phone call that our room was ready before the official check-in time. Our keys were ready when we returned and our bags were already in the room. Our room was spacious, clean, and well maintained. Bed and pillows were comfortable. The usual amenities were provided in the room. The Wifi connection was strong and stable. Service was outstanding. Staff are pleasant and attentive. This hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and attractions. This is the place to stay when visiting Toulouse.

Location cannot be better for walking and exploring. Staff could not have be nicer. Sarah welcomed us, made us feel at home, gave us lots of good info on the city, walked us to our room, and she has the best positive attitude. Thomas was also really friendly and a pleasure to speak with. The room met all expectations and the bed was really comfortable. We loved that the windows can be opened for fresh air. But the star of the show is the breakfast that is included at no extra charge. We are still talking about it. If there was ever any doubt that we would stay here again, which there was not, the breakfast sealed the deal. It’s an all you can eat buffet in a really comfortable room with not too many people and servers to take coffee orders. They even have oat milk for the lattes and cappuccinos. It was the best breakfast of our European vacation by far. Pastries, fresh baked breads, homemade jams, smoked salmon, eggs and bacon, fresh fruits, seasonal vegetables, and so much more…

This hotel is centrally located. Very clean hotel with updated rooms. The staff are very friendly which was wonderful. Front desk always welcoming. Both porters we met - the British young man and Sabri were especially helpful and friendly. They reflect well on the hotel. Breakfast also outstanding. Thanks for a great visit.

Beautiful in every way . The staff are so welcoming and are the perfect guides of places to see, we had the most amazing lunch at Marche Victor Hugo thanks to the team recommendation Rooms are opulent, amenities perfect and to have the bar open late a night for that evening drink after dinner is perfect Location is literally walking distance to the very cool restaurant scene and a short cab to centre of town.

Marvellous hotel, very good situation in the town. Anyway we booked a spa on sunday the 7th of April and they called us to cancel the spa on friday ... without traying to get someone else to do the massage ... it was a gift and I was very disappointed. No one could do it ... weard for a 5 stars hotel... What a pitty

Hotel is both funky and historical with a Michelin star restaurant (impossible to get a booking though) - issue was the antiquated shower system, frankly it needs an upgrade (you still have that "radio" option in the bathroom!). Attentive staff, we should have asked them to fix the shower but only stayed one night so didn't bother.
