Oleh itu, mengetahui bahawa secara keseluruhannya saya berpuas hati dengan penginapan saya dan bahawa saya mengesyorkan struktur, saya mempunyai itu untuk menandatangani mata positif dan negatif. - strukturnya bersih dan juga bilik kecuali dapur (kotor dalam dulang kutleri) - sarapan pagi tidak teruk tetapi dari segi "sedap" tidak banyak - kakitangannya baik dan bersedia tetapi mereka tidak memberikan sebarang maklumat atas inisiatif mereka sendiri (contohnya bertanya sama ada kami mahukan peta, jika kami memerlukan sesuatu untuk bilik seperti katil bayi kerana mereka melihat saya bersama bayi….TIADA CADANGAN !) Ini adalah titik negatif terbesar...sebagai contoh, tiada siapa yang memberitahu anda bahawa bilik itu tidak akan dibersihkan oleh sesiapa pun (walaupun risalah dipaparkan di bilik mandi yang menerangkan untuk meletakkan tuala di bilik mandi jika anda mahu tuala bersih... kami telah melakukannya dan pada penghujung hari kami mendapati mereka masih dalam bilik mandi….kekecewaan dan kemarahan yang besar memandangkan harga yang sepadan dengan harga hotel…) Kos tempat letak kereta ialah 8€ setiap malam dan sarapan adalah 12€ Katilnya selesa dan kawasan umum sangat bagus. Jangan lupa wifi percuma yang berfungsi dengan baik. Jika tidak, hotel ini bagus, baru dan walaupun segala-galanya saya terfikir untuk kembali dan saya boleh mengesyorkannya.

Overall new facilities, no cleaning services provided except if paid extra. 30-40 min walk from city center. Discent breakfast buffet on extra charge. Very poor concierge services.

I was on a business trip and wanted a very peaceful sleep. The air conditioning of the room was horrible. The team tried to put me in the different room but what they didn't understand was that I wasn't concerned about the size of the room but the air conditioning. I had a terrible sleep and made my night in tolouse very difficult.

Would highly recommend this Residhotel. The apartment was extremely spacious, very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed including a dishwasher, fridge with small freezer compartment, 2 ring hot plate, microwave and plenty of plates, bowls, saucepans, cutlery etc. The hotel also provides use of a washing machine and tumble dryer for a small extra charge which we found very useful. The gym is great with decent equipment and air conditioning that works. There’s a supermarket just behind the hotel which is very handy and the old town is about 25 minutes walk. Parking is €12 per day, it’s secure, spacious and there are plenty of parking spaces. The hotel is very close to the motorway so easy to reach without having to drive through Toulouse. It’s surrounded by some busy roads so there’s a lot of traffic ( although it’s quiet at night) but this didn’t bother us at all. If we return to Toulouse we would have no hesitation in staying here again.

The gym could do with a little more equipment. The room was good size and nice. Tv could have chromecast facilities, as for international travels it is hard with just French tv.

Nice location next to the river with a nearby small grocery store. The AC was very welcome with the hot weather!

While the staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were abysmal. The first room we were given was wheelchair accessible, which was inappropriate and suggested a lack of awareness in saving it for clients who needed it (not us). The replacement room we were given was awful. The WC reeked like mildew, which permeated the entire apartment, and the table tops in the room hadn't been wiped down (strands of hair were visible here and there). We were so displeased, we booked another room in Toulouse and left. Honestly, the baseline for accommodations is cleanliness, and your hotel failed spectacularly on this. Foul odours in a room, a WC, are totally unacceptable.

Lovely hotel with great facilities! Clean and spacious, couldn’t fault it.
