The view from the sea view hotel is superb! And the staff super friendly and welcoming. Thanks! BUT - there is no breakfast (they leave food in your fridge, that you are supposed to cook) - NO cleaning afterwards and room service overall - Location is not ideal - far from the beach, just by the road, the outside area of the hotel is limited, so not great for kids

Excellent hotel staff very helpful and friendly and accommodationing. We had a nice room and it was very clean and pleasant with everything needed and superb views especiallyin the morning. Would recommend to anyone wanting a pleasant relaxing holiday.Caruso and Roberta go out of ther way to make your stay one to remember. Thank you all and see you all again.

Simple but very serviceable hotel apartments in the Sicilian country side. While the apartments are basic and no frills, everything works well and it’s great value, especially for Sicily. Two things set this hotel apart: 1. The balconies, which have stunning, panoramic views and 2. The service. The apartment came stocked with water, croissants, cheese, olive oil, milk, yogurt, eggs, etc. They provided a crib and other amenities for our baby. The staff were flexible and warm and arranged everything for us, for example, car service to various places at discounted rates. One day, they randomly brought us the most delicious arancini I had ever tasted. Highly recommend for families looking to see the countryside in the Etna region.

We wanted to share our experience @Royal Etna View in Tre Castagni. The property is great, clean with all that you need, not far away from the main attractions, and just 20-30 min away by car from Etna and Catania centre. Having said that, the best part of this place is not just its location and the building itself, but the STAFF there, Especially Claudio Caruso. He is a hard working man who strives to keep his clients happy. Our holiday started with a bit of a hiccup as the van we had overheated and could not be driven any more as it was risky. We were thankfully round the corner from the hotel when this happened. So once we got there and met the staff there they were extremely helpful. The morning after they spent the day helping us to sort out our problem taking us from one place to another and doing calls to get us another vehicle. We managed to get another vehicle to drive whilst there but no one would let us drop it off in Pozzallo so we had to return it the day before our departure date. On the last day we had to take the van with a tow truck - Thank God we were insured otherwise it would have costed us a lot of money. Claudio Caruso arranged for us to go after the van (he came with us) drove behind the tow truck up to pozzallo, and in order not to lose another day took us to Siracusa and Ortigia for the day. Once it was time to go back to Pozzallo they drove us back. I cannot thank them enough for saving our holiday and doing their utmost to keep us happy. So a big thank you goes to Claudio, Alberto, Dario, and Mr Caruso (their sweet dad) plus the girls - Roberta and her colleague who are always at reception helping everyone out!

I stayed here for ten days. There was parking for my rental car. The staff were helpful. They spoke English. I was in a first floor apartment. I didn’t have a view, but there was a lovely patio with fragrant garden. They provide water, but I drank from the tap. The kitchen had everything needed. Even had an oven. Comfortable furniture. There is a washer and a sink for for hand washing of clothes. Hot water. Air conditioning which I didn’t use. Decorated nicely. The town is a short walk away. The views from the upper floor rooms is spectacular. The WiFi was spotty, but eventually got fixed and worked well. The apartment was spotless. Maid service every three days. They provide a good breakfast which you order the night before. Alternatively, they will give you a coupon to use at a lovely cafe in the center of town. At night it was quiet. In the morning you are treated to the sounds of song birds. Sitting on the patio enjoying a coffee was my preferred activity. I highly recommend this place for couples or a family get together.

En voyage 2 semaines en Sicile, nous avons passé 3 superbes nuits à l Etna royal view. L’appartement était parfait, et la terrasse super pour l apéritif face à la baie de Catane, après de belles journées de randonnée sur l Etna. L hôtel est situé à 25 min du départ du téléphérique pr l Etna, mais aussi à 20 min de Catane et 45 min de Taormine. Je recommande donc pour rayonner !

appartamenti molto confortevoli, ottima colazione tipica, personale gentile e disponibile. Possibilità di parcheggio all'interno della struttura. La posizione è buona per visitare l'Etna e le attrazioni turistiche della provincia di Catania.

Apparthotel molto carino e pulito ai piedi dell’Etna. La vista dal terrazzo è magnifica. Personale molto cortese, ottima colazione servita in camera. Parcheggio privato, nessun extra (bottiglia d’acqua in camera compresa). Perfetto per una escursione sull’Etna.

Accueil chaleureux, personnel sympathique. L’appartement était parfait, chambre et salle de bain spacieuses. Parking privé et sécurisé. La terrasse vue sur mer était très agréable. Petit déjeuner copieux monté en chambre (choisit la veille). Emplacement idéal pour visiter Catane, Taormina, l’Etna, Syracuse.

Ho pernottato in questo hotel per l'occasione di visita alla fiera ( sicilfiere) di Misterbianco ct, mi sono trovato molto bene, sia dal punto di vista dell'accoglienza, sia per la camera super pulita, la deliziosa colazione con ottimi cornetti... il posto auto interno,... prezzo 90,00 euro 1 notte...

Sono stato nella struttura per 4 notti per motivi di lavoro. Il personale è sempre stato molto attento a farmi sentire a mio agio. L’ambiente era pulito e confortevole. Disponibilità di parcheggio interno. Camera spaziosa e curata. Colazione disponibile dolce e/o salata.

Tornando da Lampedusa abbiamo pensato di pernottare in questo resort approfittando dell'ottobrata. Pur essendo arrivati in ritardo ci hanno accolto con tanta gentilezza e cortesia,camere pulite e colazione eccellente. Ci torneremo sicuramente P.s grazie per la calamita
