Ulasan Sheraton Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport Hotel

Hótel was accessible and the room is clean. There’s iron in the room. Only negative point is that the bathtub does not have a shower curtain, hence water will spray everywhere.

My flight was canceled and the airline rescheduled it for the next day, which was confirmed by email, I could not arrive, so I requested a cancellation and refund, but I was refused, although I enclosed a letter from the airline about the cancellation of the flight.

Very convenient for an overnight layover. Staff was friendly and accomodating. Pet friendly. I was flying with a dog a they made everything easier.

Fairly good for a night stay before over next morning flight to London. Room is acceptable however toilet may need some upgrading work

A bit tricky to find so the signage needs to improve. Front desk staff was exceptional especially the girl from South Africa. Service in the restaurant was very poor and took 30 minutes to be acknowledged at all.

2 lifts only for many peoples, huge queue at the check in, breakfast buffet really average. If you have time, go somewhere else

Inside Terminal 2 of the Aéroport Charles-de-Gaulle, this business hotel is 9 km from the Parc des Expositions Paris Nord Villepinte.

Lovely view and super convenient cos it’s in the terminal.

Very convenient hotel inside the airport. Easy to find and decent quality breakfast.

Other than the convenience of the location, this hotel is really terrible. The rooms are a decent size but the staff are really not helpful. I wanted to order room service, there was no one answering the phone. So I had to go to the front desk and ask. Was told it was too late (11:25 pm) and given a number to call. Someone who did not speak English picked up and after a lot of hassle I was told they could only do a club sandwich and a hot chocolate. About 40 mins later, I got a call saying that there was no club sandwich but they could do a Caesar salad; no hot chocolate as they had switched off the machine. So I decided I would not order anything. Instead I thought I would boil some water in the kettle and have a cup of tea. I opened the kettle lid and it was sooo dirty inside. I have no idea was that dirt was or how long it has been in there for. It was all dry and stuck. I tried calling all the numbers on the phone to try and get a different kettle, no one picked up any of the lines. At the cost they are charging, this hotel is really crap. I couldn’t believe this from a Sheraton.

Best location among airport hotels. Only one minute by walking to reach the train station.

Attached with CDG airport terminal 2 so location is second to nothing if you are flying out from T2. Room is okay for a short stay. Breakfast is minimal.

This is an extremely convenient location.
